Awesome store with so much fun stuff. Biggest pro is the staff. Had a cashier today that was just really friendly and she even conversed a little with me about what I was buying. That might not seem like much but it definitely matters. Not sure what I will go back for but I’ll still be going back.

Shanta went above and beyond for me yesterday. Her warm friendly energy is very welcoming, and willingness to satisfy all the customers coming in is phenomenal. Spencer’s is lucky to have her as an employee and manager. I was looking for earring for a special occasion and I couldn’t find quite what Ineas looking for she helped me search went to the back of the store and came out with the perfect set! She could have said this is all we have I’m sorry but the extra effort is what really drove me to leave this review! Kudos to you Shanta, keep up the excellence!

Although it was PACKED, barely enough room to move, I was greeted and Helped to find what I was searching for (an eyebrow ring), which was GREAT since I suffer with an Acute Anxiety issue. Crowds are not For me.

Normally I would window shop a lil, but that day I was grateful to be in and OUT!😝🤭

My item was reasonably priced and I am pleased with my purchase.

I never knew that Spencer's had a t-shirt stamp card. So now whenever I'm in Spencer's or in the area I try and get at least one shirt, if not for myself then for a friend. The atmosphere at this location is also very nice. The workers are very helpful!

This Spencer's store is by far the best in the area. Always clean, has a huge array of fun merchandise, and the staff are always friendly and willing to help out. I don't feel like I am being followed around in this store and watched like at some other locations I have been to in the past. Some products are a little pricey, but it is always a great experience when I happen to visit here when shopping around at the malls in Albany.

This is all around my favorite store in Crossgates mall. They offer an such an enormous variety - spanning multitudes of fandoms - of clothing, manga, jewelry, fleece throws, sweaters, t-shirts, hoodies, mini backpacks, lingerie, adult items, gag gifts, tapestries, mugs, cups, lava lamps, posters, games, and sensory items, that I often spend several hours in this store, several days a week, without getting bored, looking at all the different things. I am often stricken with analysis paralysis trying to decide which of the items I currently want to purchase. If you're looking for a good way to spend some time and some money while at the mall, Spencer's is the place to go.

the ladies there are so polite and helpful i always can be a bit of a pain bc im so indecisive when it comes to buying jewelry but they are troopers for dealing with me haha so much fun its the best selection that ive seen for piercings in the area.

Spencer's has been around for a really long time. They offer a wide variety of novelty items and unique items. This is not a store for young children because they do sell a lot of sexual items such as games and sex toys. The items are designed to help improve your relationship and get to know your partner better. They also are to enhance your sexual experience. They also have a wide variety of t-shirts and sweaters for your favorite TV shows. They have shirts for marijuana too. They sell jewelry as well. They sell cards too. It is a great place to buy gifts or items for a special party.

I really needed a belly button ring, Spencer's had just what I liked! The staff was very helpful and friendly.
Spencer's has feminine, small and sparkly versions for the girly girls like me!😊

Pretty much like any other Spencer's but this one was a little nicer. It didn't feel like I was being watched by the employees the whole time and while helpful they weren't "breathing down my neck" so to speak.

I Saw a lot of goodies but naughty stuff. You will be very naughty coming out of Spencer Gifts.😉

Spencer's is a store for every kind of identity. Wether your 50 years young or 12 years old. If you have an open mind and a sense of humor you'll leave their store with a smile on your face every visit. To view their entire selection of what they provide.you could.spend an hour and maybe see the store and it's wide selection of just Everything from bumper stickers through to old "Journey" albums!! That store never ceases to amaze me. The quality of their items according to the asking price is very reasonable. I hope to still be able to shop there when I'm 60 years young and see what the future holds for us then. I'm 100% positive they will still have store close by in 25 years...lol

Pretty sure the back of the store is spreading like some kind of growth.
I could spend a million dollars in there though. On other stuff. Like glasses and jewelry. And lava lamps. For sure.

If you need off-color greeting cards or apparel this is the place to visit. I am just hoping that it doesn’t close. I understand many of their stores have already closed. I would hate to see this one go out of business in the area.

Spencer's always has some awesome special going on with their merchandise. The associates in this store went over the top to be kind and make sure I had the knowledge I needed. Thank you!!!

Its a very cool shop, not recommended for kids under the age of 13 because of the stuff that is inside the store. They have very funny clothing, and items. You can find a lot of stuff at Spencers.

Picked up wood plug earrings. Nice people. Good customer service.
