Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

We been into different restaurant and our first time at crafel barrel! Omg!! There foods are so delecious a very afffordable price and plus amazing customer service our server handle us very well making sure we are happy and checking us all the time. Husband and I plan to go back again. Thank you so much you guys u have a very friendly staff! Smile everywhere even how busy they are…❤

I’ve been to Cracker Barrel a few times now. This experience was emasculate. My waitress was named Sara and she was very friendly. I was surprised on how fast everything ran with my server. She knew what she was doing. This girl deserved a good tip which was given. Made the atmosphere of the facility more pleasing to be in than my past experiences. Can’t wait to come again!

As always another great experience at Cracker Barrel. The food was great and what makes it so nice is that even though it is not an inexpensive meal, the total price for eating at Cracker Barrel has been consistently lower than other nearby restaurants. There was no wait for a table, the server was kind and helpful and the place was neat and tidy. The store section was neat and orderly and well staffed too. Please keep up the good work, continue to keep prices under control, and thanks for a great time! We will repeat as long as value and quality stay the same!

We've always loved coming to this location. The food is always good, and the service is even better. We recently ordered delivery when there was a larger group of us. They happened to forget most of our sides. They immediately reached out and offered to fix it. Their service remains impeccable and I'm happy to continue giving them our business. Would highly recommend, especially for breakfast!!

We have been to the one in Clifton park a few times but this location is by far top notch. The staff is always smiling, the managers are always greeting us and checking on tables. We had stopped coming here when the big male manager was there, he and his other male managers (one had tattoos everywhere like a jailhouse man) were always rude and dismissive. This place is so accommodating and they really know how to deliver smiles thank you Cracker Barrel. The new management is making a difference

Food came really quick and was delicious. The portions, however, were a little small for my dish (granpas breakfast) but a great size for my gf who had a dinner.

The waiter, Gage, was very prompt and kind. He was attentive and professional at all times and provided 5 star service from start to finish.

For two of us to eat, the bill was roughly $34 before tip. Compared to most places, this price to good ratio was high and the taste for the buck was great.

Overall it was great

Came here on our way home from a trip to Saratoga , some of the best service my partner and I have received, Kia our server is a dime a dozen, she is so pleasant and takes care of everyone in her section like they are her only table. The food was great, very filling and my partner and I had an amazing time! Will be returning next time we’re in the area 100%

I ate with a group of friends at the Cracker Barrel in East Greenbush, New York. Our server, Mary was exceptional! She was attentive and got all our orders correct. We couldn’t have been happier with her.

The waitress we had was very nice and attentive to our needs. She asked if we needed anything else and she gave us our check and let us know we didn't need to rush. I'm very happy with the service and food that we received.

I was shopping at the gift store a bit ago, and struggled to find a gift for my grandsons. The lovely Marianna assisted me in getting gifts. Safe to say I will be back. 😊 She was so kind and sweet!

Their food is always amazing. Loved their sweet ice tea they are making themselves. Their lemonade is really good too. I had their burgers before which was great and had their meatloaf which tasted good and. Will most definitely go back. They sell the cutest stuff and great snacks too. Love the Cracker Barrel. Reminds me of home where we have shops alongside the road which sells cute stuff like Cracker Barrel.

We went for a girls' brunch, and Dymin was an amazing waitress. She was accomadating and made sure we had everything we needed. The food and drink were great. We had a good time there

The food was delicious, the only thing is that they didn't let me enjoy the food. Two minutes after I started eating, they brought me the payment receipt. They had never done this to me but I didn't feel good.

The sampler(chicken and biscuits plus meatloaf) was so comforting for a cold December evening. The ladies in the country store were helpful and patient. Great experience overall.

Having breakfast with my sisters and was fortunate to have Dymin as our server. She was amazing!!!!!! The food was great but her service made it better.

Excellent food, our server Kia who put a smile on our face with her enthusiasm was amazing with top service and a very friendly attitude by going the extra mile, we will definitely be back again

I love the lemon pepper trout! I need to learn to catch these baby's! But until then Cracker Barrel's lemon pepper trout is always a great birthday present I always appreciate! Delicious!!!❤❤❤💯

Great food.../ excellent price point. But most enjoyable was the friendly, attentive and awesome table service by Kia. She made a great meal perfect!

Excellent food and service. I ordered a Togo order on grub hub and realized that I forgot something. Spoke the Reann the manager on duty and she was so sweet and helpful.
