Market 32

Well done, Market 32 & Price Chopper, well done. People like you are why my family choose you over your competitors, as both customers and, quite some time ago now, as employees (disclaimer: my brother, myself and our deceased Mom all worked for the company in the distant past).

Today (7-Feb-2024) employees of the Price Chopper nearest to where our family lives - a store in Market 32s chain which has traditionally been derided as "ghetto" due to its historical customer base/location - proved once again that its reputation is not merely unfair, the terminology tends to speak more to the attitudes of those who define it as such than that of those who work or shop there on a regular basis.

Having come in to purchase a single item totaling less than five dollars for Dad, a Parkinson's patient for whom my brother and I are essential caregivers, Tate's cash register jammed and failed to generate a receipt, one we necessarily require for documentation of our purchases on his behalf. Apparently unable to print another, Tate referred me to Customer Service, where I interacted with Tabitha.

Tabitha went above and beyond, making diligent search through Tate's transactions at his terminal for my purchase to print a reciept and, having been unable to find, continued to attempt to find at Customer Service's terminal, though to no avail, as it appears the registers can not locate beyond a 5 transaction limit.

Tabitha spent approx a half hour or more attempting to satisfy this customer's needs.

I for one am grateful for her Grace under what was no doubt a bit of pressure, given the time she was compelled to spend focused on one transaction and one customer.

This model employee deserves heartfelt "thanks" from each and every customer for her dedication to her job, to Price Chopper's customers, and for her above and beyond efforts to place the customer's needs/wishes above her own.

Price Chopper offers competitive prices, a well-organized store, and friendly staff. Despite occasional stock shortages, it's a reliable and affordable option for grocery shopping.

I've been shopping there for years, and do give kudos to the other markets like Hannaford and the once Shoprite. However, Market 32/Price Chopper has been a stellar staple in the Mansion Hill and Washington Square Community for years -and continue to be. Good service and quality of food across the board. And as another commentator stated: "their prices and selection of food"...and to add, a clean facility both there and at Westgate.

I get all my groceries from market 32. They have good deals every week on various items. Their meats and produce are all very affordable. I highly recommend coming here for groceries.

Great customer service.

Easy in and out. Found items we went in for and self checked out. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Will continue shopping here.

Was there shopping and while at the self checkout, a customer forgot his change after his transaction. The customer service attendant Marcus acknowledged that the customer left his change behind was very polite in letting the customers in line he had to tell the customer he left his change behind in the change well, which was a large amount of money. Talk about honesty, Marcus who is a young gentleman always courteous to the customers in my opinion deserves recognition for his honesty and dedication to the community.

It's a grocery store. Has the items one is looking for including chili peppers and other varieties that are dried if you use alot of spices in your cooking!

Glad it was open but pretty standard grocery store. I was there in a pinch and dealing with cold. Got some decently priced items. Nice to have grocey options.

Well it got the job done. Need food real quick, the cashier was closed but he was kind enough to check me out and a another customer. I want to thank him very much.

I love this branch!! Always clean and the employees are always nice and courteous!! 10/10 experience always have what’s needed in stock during a time of need and I frequent here as well!!!! Dropping by occasionally.
One time there was a puddle of urine at the carts' pick-up spot. Not a nice start to do shopping. Probably someone used that spot as a toilet at night.
As for the rest, average supermarket. Nice assortment, helpful staff.

I just want to give a complement to the person who takes care of the lot - his name is Chris - and I think he does an excellent job - he not only puts the carts where they belong but he cleans the lot of trash, pulls the weeks around the poles waters down the walkway- and I just think he’s awesome 👏 👍🏼

My favorite supermarket to shop, love the convenience, prices, quality , and the variety of goods they have on the shelves. It is our community supermarket and if the ever leave , I myself and the whole community will be very sad.

I found everything that I needed. One of the cashiers went out of her way to help me. I actually love love this store, actually all the employees there are very friendly and willing to assist. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This place is very clean and the prices were awesome

This remodeled store is bright and clean. Along with being well stocked and has a smart store layout. Cashier was professional and timely.

I gave you 5 stars because it was very clean in there check out was very fast maybe I didn't come on today when it's busy food look pretty well I don't know about the meat but I'm talking about life box food canned goods snacks drinks and water so next time I go there I'm going to check out the seafood and check out the meat but so far I gave you 5 stars for the neatness of the star and the fast check out keep you posted

I like market 32 I like a lot of their products a lot of The Price choppers have cleaned up their act the stores are looking much better than they once did the staff is more courteous and polite and willing to help and that makes a lot of difference especially the store and Price chopper in Westgate they're very good at what you do say do I cannot speak highly enough of your front end management I wish I could remember the one young lady's name who whenever help is needed she's just automatically there he's definitely definitely an added bonus very good people skills and very good at what she does next time I will make sure I get her name so I can put it up there
