The staff was incredibly kind and helpful! Abby helped me the most and was very helpful in finding the right shoe especially with giving me suggestions for what shoes would be best suited for what I needed!

I'm not one for reviews but I can't help that it needs to be known that this one young man went out of his way, above and beyond to help me. I never got his name, just his employee number from my receipt. I'm not sure if I'm supposed to share it but I will if the company ask! That kid needs a raise. He was amazing!!!! Young Man if you're reading this you helped me find the perfect red slipper like UGGs, thank you!!!!!

Staff was super friendly and personable. I came in just to look while a friend tried on shoes, and ended up buying a pair for myself due to the staff’s recommendations and help. if i ever need another pair of good shoes, i’ll definitely be back!

If this is the downstairs Journeys, the staff was so amazing and helpful, they didn’t have the shoes I wanted in my size but they helped me order a pair from the warehouse and told me it should be there in 3-5 days buuut they came in today which is one day after I ordered them! Thank you Lady’s for all of help, any time I need shoes I will be back!!

I always choose journeys over the vans store or foot lockers because they are SO much more friendly and welcoming!! I was helped by Julia who was very attentive, helpful, and super friendly. She wasn’t trying to just get us out like at other stores. Got everything I needed and prices are good!

We just got our babies shoes at Journey's Kidz in Crossgates Mall (Albany NY) and the experience was just amazing! We forgot our stroller so I called to see if they could give me the closest entrance and they were very helpful. When we got there, we had no idea what we wanted to buy. The salesman was very knowledgeable. He had a conversation with us about what we wanted and needed in a shoe for them and helped us find the perfect shoe. He was patient with us the entire time and kept my 1 yr old boys entertained. I would highly recommend Journey's Kidz to anyone. Best and easiest shopping experience I've had in a while.

Today I had the BEST experience doing business with the Lower Level Journeys store in Crossgates Mall. Corey and Joshua are very knowledgeable and professional. They helped me acquire a nice pair of Uggs Boots. No small feat considering I have really big feet. Lol. Good prices and Great service. Highly Recommended!
