Since April of 2022 I have worked with Meredith Bettenhauser in my divorce proceedings. Meredith handled my case with the knowledge, confidence and professionalism that every client deserves, In addition she went above and beyond day after day. Every turn in this case was met with ghastly inappropriate, unprofessional behavior from the opposite side. Meredith made sure to keep me in the loop and calm my nerves. This should have been simple; it was far from that. She knows what she is doing, and she knows the law. Meredith fought my case and did not settle or let me. The staff at Clark Peshkin working with Meredith also deserve recognition. I believe the whole team dealt with the unpleasantries of this case at one point or another. Lydia took over my case after I was unsatisfied with my prior representation at another law firm. I was so thankful for her. She was always available, even when I had to contact her on a holiday weekend. She knew my priority was my son and his safety. I cannot say enough words to truly express how wonderful my experience was with Lydia. What should have been the simplest case ever, turned into a 6 month long nightmare (from the other party). Kristen is amazing. She listened to my entire story and took the time to really understand why we were in the circumstances that we were in. She provided a great plan of action to build the comfort during a stressful process as she already had familiarity with the judge and knew beforehand how to tackle the situation with them due to her experiences and knowledge. The entire staff was amazing as well. They would call and respond to my emails in a quick manner.

Kristen Porpora handled my custody case as well as my child support case. She was always honest about everything and willing to explain anything I did not understand.
