Its cheap and you get what you pay for. The staff are friendly and welcoming. The location isn’t amazing but for $45 a night you get what you pay for. Clean rooms and nice staff, no bed bugs, what more can you ask for. 100% recommended for cheap ski trip.

You won’t find another hotel that is safe, in a great neighborhood, and helpful staff for the price! I live out of state and work in Salt Lake. This is my absolute go to! Some rooms are a little lacking, but for $40 🤷‍♀. Other rooms are amazing.

I see a lot of complaints about staff, never once have I had an issue. Housekeeping is on top of their game, and extremely helpful. Front desk, friendly. I have never had an issue with getting my deposit back. However, I have learned, when you treat others with respect, things tend to go much smoother in life for you.

Currently on my 6th or 7th stay here I believe. I will return again and again when a hotel is needed in salt lake

It's got all kinds of shopping and dining all around you. The rooms are nice and big so you don't feel crowded. But they only gave us 1 towel

Just spent 3 nights. This Motel does NOT deserve all the negative reviews. I found this property clean and comfortable. I think the negative reviews forget that 1) This is $56/night NOT $200 2) People that don't speak fluent English come across as reserved, quite and to the point as they themselves would in a foreign land.

After reading some of the reviews on this place I was sceptical, however I was pleasantly supprised with the outcome, considering the online cost a night here (P.S. Always go online for much better rates), the staff have no flexibility on rates and can charge double.

No big issues at all with the room tbh, bar a leaking bath plug, which made for a hot soak after a long day on the mountain rather wasteful of hot water.

Great location for ski bus upto Brighton/Solitude. Certainly when busy as its one of the 1st stops on the route just across the street with shelter. Loads of food/shopping joints nearby too. The city trains aren't so close however. Not so convenient for access to Alta/snowbird.

If you're after cheap accommodation and don't need/want all the frills of 3+star hotels then this place is great. But remember it is a 2star hotel and at these prices don't expect the ritz.

All the staff are friendly and I swear the cleaner is singing happy all day.

The owners and management here were very accommodating to my unique situation.
My 2 chi- weenies were very comfortable during our stay here.

This hotel is just a tad better then the others of relative price, but what sets this one apart from the rest is the staff.
In particular the managerChastity.
My boss reserved the room for me using the hotels 3rd party call center. I came in at 1:00pm and approached the front desk in hopes of checking in early. Instead of that I was informed that there would be a healthy deposit that I could not cover.
I while I waited in the parking lot with a thousand bags, I saw a lady picking up trash on the other side. I walked over to her to let her know I wasn’t homeless and trying to set up camp there, but if my boss couldn’t work this out, I may be!
She was very nice, only saying I was fine where I was and not to worry.
I got a call an hour later from my boss informing me that the reservation was good to go, and that I was okay to check in. When I was talking to the very polite and profusely apologetic general manager Ahmed, I asked who the lady was that was cleaning up the parking lot (assuming she was housekeeping) because I wanted to let him know how helpful she was and to give her props, but when he told me who she was I choked. She was the manager!!! I was so impressed. I guess I didn’t look very closely at her name tag, but she was working too hard, and was far too nice to be any level of upper management. I was very shocked and so impressed. Good job Ahmed, you have an absolute keeper in Chastity! Keep hiring, training, and treating customers like that, and you will put all these other hotels out of business my friend.

Great customer service and great people. The owner helped my Mom and I last minute and got us a room. Clean space, very safe and great location.

Without any doubt, this has been one of the best hotel experiences I've had in a long time. The staff is very friendly, the rooms are comfortable and clean, and the property is pet friendly. It is accommodating, easily accessible from the highway, yet not so close that you can hear the cars at 2 am, as well as it is conveniently located near almost every major shop and main road. All in all, if you're looking for the Ritz on less than a hundred dollars a night, you need to get more realistic, but if you want to get a decent night's sleep, a feel for the city, and enjoy the reason you travel, not just the hotel, this is the spot.

My 1 bed room was a good amount bigger then I expected. The mini fridge is more like a medium fridge. Mr.Coffee pot, microwave, and a safe all in the room. I've paid far more for far less.

Rooms are big, Fridge, microwave, sink, coffee maker, closet, iron, sofa bed, extra sitting area with dining table. In overall the room was decent and comparing others comments in this area is didn't smell any mildew, no noise and the room was comfortable and clean. Coming from hotel industry is not a 5 stars but worth the money. McDonald, Wendy's and other fast foods are walk distance. Breakfast is included...

Fair rates, clean place in and outside, pets are welcomed, complimentary breakfast with many options, hot tub, and all the staff person's are extremely friendly, helpful, and do a great job to make certain that everyone is happy and that the building is also. If you can't tell I enjoyed my stay and think anyone else stay with them would as well.

It's got great service, and solid amenities. They treat people well and generally show compassion. The rooms look nice, the lobby is clean and the food is healthy. Who doesn't want hard boiled eggs, fruit and yogurt with their breakfast?

I enjoyed my stay here. I stayed for about one week and I really liked how clean the rooms were a how nice the staff was. they worked with me and helped me out when I needed it. And the hotel housekeeping was excellent!!! I highly recommend staying here

For the price is a great hotel but just a very smelly one! The carpet floor needs a wash many stains and the bad odor is very strong. The rest can't complain 😃

I was pleasantly surprised after my previous Super 8 visit. My last visit in the somewhat same area was good awful. This place was fairly good. My experience may be thought as awful but the way staff handles these situations made me give them a higher rating. Our door lock was malfunctioning, which was unfortunate, but in a matter of minutes they sent someone to repair it. Very nicely done. All extra amenities are free and are sufficient. Breakfast was subpar but it works, and free WiFi which was fast, which is a thumbs up in my book. I will return again if we end up in this area again.

Housekeepers dont knock early or rush you out.
Quiet stay with no sounds from other rooms bothering me.
Can pay thr room fer with cash or card which is convenient.

We came in at 830pm after having a terrible experience at another hotel and was treated amazing by Donny. He was very understanding about our ordeal and even upgraded us to a suite. Just wanted to say it was the best customer service I've had in a long time. Thanks Donny because of you we will be back!
