Smith's

We were able to find everything we were looking for, and didn’t face any issues in the store. This place is quite popular, and there were lines at all cashier lanes and self-checkout.

The new pickup manager Jake is phenomenal! I had stopped getting pickup at Smith's in favor of Macey's but now I'm back, thanks to Jake.

Good store, every week they have food on sale, body creams and the makeup area is more expensive than at Walmart, but in food it is better in many things, recommended..

I went shopping late at night, mainly because I work late and it's the only free time I have to do my shopping. I had 30 min. to get everything I needed, including filling 3 (5 gal) water bottles. I also made the mistake of shopping on an empty stomach....😕 and over spent my budget. So I had to put back a few items. I felt awful for making the cashier stay late to put back the items I couldn't pay for. Tish was very compassionate and patient with me, and we had a good laugh! Most cashiers are not that patient, and don't smile, especially when you are there right before closing time. I shop here often and I always see Tish working. She is always pleasant with a bug smile on her face. She has helped me previously when I was having trouble with my card also. She is the best customer service person I have ever dealt with! Tish deserves a big fat bonus!!! 🤑🤑🤑

Pricing aside I'm glad the meat department has people that know how to do their job.

The store is what it is but I just came on here to say Ashton, the lad always checking receipts at self checkout out every night, DESERVES A RAISE! He's always so polite to my boyfriend and I and he really is put in the worse position of dealing with all the BS of people stealing. Give👏him👏more👏 acknowledgement👏

I like Smiths and this is a nice one. Everyone is friendly and helpful. The prices are good, sales and card items are a bargain. Parsley was beautiful, found a perfect onion.

D J Moth Iverson at the 980 Fort Union Blvd, Salt Lake City store was so kind and helpful. He assisted me by putting 3 40lb bags of salt in my trunk. He is a great representative of Smiths and their commitment to good customer service. Thank you. Angela Lucio

Paula and Andrew made my visit a 5-star one. They were helpful, fun, and above and beyond. Unfortunately my first visit will also be my last. The Store Manager I interacted with, Colby, had the customer service skills, charisma, and humor of a small pile of rocks. Such a shame.

The service here is always great. I love the prices, people and product. Management is good and employees are very good. Just this week I bought an ice cream cake for my husband's birthday from the frozen aisle. I took it over to the bakery and they added "happy birthday Jake" with no charge. The click list is awesome and when I do go inside they have healthy snacks for my kids to much on while we shop.

Love this place. They have a great produce selection and they always offer free fruit for your kids to snack on. I have never had an issue shopping here. They also prepare their own sushi right in front of you and make a comparatively wider selection than most other stores. I have never waited in the self checkout line for more than 30 seconds.

Great store, it is clean and well stocked with a great selection. The employees are courteous and kind. The pharmacy is very quick, you never have to bug them to get the job done and I've never had a bad experience using this smiths pharmacy.

Smith's is a nice place to shop. Maybe a bit more expensive than some other stores, unless you take the time to gather the many digital coupons. The shopping experience there is much better than most other stores making it worth paying a few extra cents. The staff is most always friendly and willing to assist when called to do so. Overall this Smith's is a great place to shop.

Best Smith's I've been to, yes they run out of stuff like all stores. The employees are great and helpful. The discount sections are my favorite. Parking is good. I would/have referred a lot of people to this store.

I do have one particular issue about this Smith's that I will bring up towards the end of my review, but have to give this location a stellar score because this is exactly how a grocery store should be. The lay-out is wonderful, the store is clean, the selection is very good, and I very seldomly have come to this store not leaving with what I want due to what I need being out of stock. The customer service is right on target as well every time I have been here, especially when I had a foot injury; Empathy goes a long way, and this staff certainly has it. My only complaint, which is not particularly the fault of Smith's but of the property owners, the parking lot and getting around it is at times insane, especially during peak hours.

Good, clean store. Rarely are things out of stock in my experience. Friendly staff. Can't think of a bad thing to say about the place, other than the parking lot isn't very fun (for the entire giant shopping center, which isn't Smith's fault).

I had a great experience with a male gentleman who is a pharmacist at this Smith's. Last week I needed to fill a few prescriptions and because I do not have insurance I needed to use the good Rx coupon. I was a couple of dollars short and I really needed all the scripts for health reasons, instead of lowering the amount on one of my scripts he just found a way to discount the script that couple of dollars. I know this doesn't sound like a big deal, to me it was. I really appreciate my pharmacist helping me out.. well done Smith's Pharmacy 😀
