The entire staff was incredibly nice and helpful. I was also impressed with the amount of employees working! Everyone was busy with a task but still talking to every customer. It was clear how well managed this store is and that everyone enjoyed working there too! I would come here again over the one closer to me for sure.

Always friendly. Helpful. Responsive. Kind. Knowledgeable about checking out. Not always available in the shoe department. Once you find someone usually they’re great to work with. Store is clean and well maintained. Well stocked. And I’ve always been able to find what I needed online if it wasn’t in store.

Very nice, well lit sports shop. They have all you need from sports and recreational equipments and gears, clothing, footwear and all the accessories that comes with it. Wide selections but I like it that placement of items are not crowded. Their prices are comparable to what is in online stores and at times, they have items in discounts too. The store is clean, well maintained and awesome staff too.

I came here to buy shoes and custom insoles. The woman in the shoe department was super friendly and helpful. The store was clean and well stocked. The checkout line was short. I had a really great experience. I don't shop here often but it seemed like they had just about anything you could be looking for. Fort Union is a great location with lots of parking and plenty of other stores and restaurants to visit while you're there.

I am giving you five stars because of Jeff. I came into the store looking for binoculars and the first staff I ran into pointed to the outdoors sign and said it was in that vicinity. I walked towards that vicinity and couldn’t find it. I went back to the front and asked Jeff and he took the time to walk me over to the area and he was super knowledgeable. He gave me great advice and taught me things I didn’t know. I left very appreciative of his level of service, professionalism, knowledge, and his willingness to take the time to actually help me.

Today I had the most wonderful experience with Estelle who went above and beyond to assist me with complicated requests. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and got it done quickly. Thanks for making my experience in store, memorable. And thanks to the manager DJ who offered aid as well.

DJ the GM atthis Midvale store was great to work with. He went well above and beyond to help me out with a return on an expensive online purchase that was a day after the 90 day return window. I will travel the little extra just to be able to work with him again in the future.

I shop here often and they have a great selection of workout clothes and shoes. I even bought my Sole treadmill here and its been great! My recent purchase of Brooks running shoes was the best price I've paid anywhere else. I got my new Brooks for $99 and I usually pay $140 at other stores.

I love the online shopping and curbside pick up from your store. I drive all the way across the valley to shop here rather than choosing other local and closer sporting goods stores. Number one reason - you do not sell guns. THANK YOU. I vote with my dollars and Dick’s Sporting Goods wins every time. Second reason - your service is fantastic. THANK YOU. Another reason - I just read how your business is supporting Sports Lives Matter and how you are supporting 9 different Black youth sporting organizations. That ROCKS!!!

A bit pricy for some of the stuff, but worth a 5 star every day. The store is very clean and it is a all in one sports supply store. Honestly, I could spend hours going through this store monthly. They have everything from athletic wear to canoeing, and basketball to treadmills. Check DICK’S out, it will get you in the mood to move! My only criticism is I am largely ignored by staff, because I don’t fit the mold of the regular customer.

Went looking for cleats today for my son and was struggling. However, Samson, was so helpful and looked at almost every clear they had to find the size I needed. He is amazing and I hope management knows!

I just discovered an hour before Dick's closed that I needed hiking poles for my next expedition tomorrow. I purchased them online but didn't see the part about the two hours wait and the confirmation email. I explained my situation to the associate. He had every right to turn me away and make me come back the next day, but he didn't. He never said it couldn't be done. He said, let me see what I can do for you. He had the worker from the ski department bring the poles, and got his supervisor involved right away. She assured me everything would be fine, checked my ID and the online order, and called the store manager to process the form they needed to process. All the while they were helping other customers and cleaning up the store for closing. I got my goods and smiles from everyone, despite the late hour. Wow. Amazing customer service. I would recommend you do all your outdoor shopping at Dick's!

Customer service spectacular. Very clean and a great variety of clothes. Its easy to find parking.
