I’ve been here several times over the years. Never a bad experience. The staff is friendly, helpful, and professional. Feel very lucky to live nearby. Any time I’m in need of tech, this is where I go first.

After taking my laptop to multiple stores beforehand with no positive results, I stumbled upon this store online and took on a chance on it. My repair was done with such a short turn around time! The customer service from Robert and Gabriel was exceptional. I will definitely be a return customer for years to come!

They fixed my screen on my iPhone 11 in 20 minutes. Such a fast pace. Good job . Will be back if anything else breaks .

Recently took my iPhone after it crapped out on me in the middle of the night. It froze on the Apple logo and wouldn't do anything. I took it to the Apple store and all they offered to do was restore it to factory settings. Of course I hadn't backed anything up, so that wasn't going to be an option. They recommended I come here to hopefully recover what I had on the phone and I'm glad I did. They fixed the motherboard and I got all my photos and files. It's even operating better than it did in the first place! I was so satisfied that I'm planning on coming back with an old laptop.

I really enjoyed my stay they worked on my ipad and I ended up purchasing a new I pad as quick as I turned my head ! Excellent service from Locus was the one that assisted me ! 10/10 customer service,got my phone fixed in less than an hour

Took my hard drive here after taking It to geek squad. Geek squad could not guarantee all, if any, of the data would be recovered yet were still quoting me $1500. Brought It to u tech and they got to work on It right away. They were able to diagnose the problem the same day. They were super communicative throughout the process and very knowledgeable. I dropped off a back up SSD where they can transfer all the data they recovered. They charged me a fraction of what geek squad was charging me. 10/10 service would 100% recommend!

Everyone was very helpful and were able to fix my phone in a short amount of time.

They were very fast and the products are top notch!! I had a cracked screen and black spots on my screen. I gave it to them and left thinking it would take an hour or two.. 15 minutes later Marcelo called me and was like your phone is ready 😱😱. The price was great compared to others trying to charge double what they were charging and they gave me a GREAT deal on a case and screen protector!!! I definitely recommend this place!!!

Upon entering the store customer service was excellent and very knowledgeable, they even told me what to do to keep the dust out of the game console. They gave me an estimate of 5 business days, in turn it was completely in really one day, because i took it in on Saturday and done on Monday. I will be using U Tech in the future.
