Awesome experience. We worked with Yusef in the FedEx section. He was kind, helpful, resourceful and great to work with. We couldn't be more pleased with his service.

Isel, the Pharmacist at Walgreens is incredible. She goes above and beyond to help you with your medicines and other products from Walgreens. The other day I needed to get a heating pad, she was busy but still helped me pick the right one for me. She knows so much and so caring. She always smiles and treats her customers the same. It is rare to see that nowadays. I will never stop going to this pharmacy as long as Isel is there. The other staff is great too, but Isel is just awesome. Thank you thank you!

I had an appointment for first Covid vaccination on Wednesday, 3/31, 11:45 am.
The man who did my paperwork was awesome. The woman who administered my shot was great. I was nervous & she talked me through it. Thank you! ❤

I had made a huge purchase at Walgreens on Christmas Eve. I ended up not using some of the items. I went in after the holiday to return at the original location. I had a receipt and the items were not open or used but the cashier gave me a hard time. She kept insisting on giving me store credit. I asked speak to a manager... I was told he will tell me the same thing. I was eventually told that they were new and didn’t know how to do certain things. I left and attempted call corporate but the corporate office was closed.

So I called this Walgreens on Ferry Street. The store was quite busy as I was on hold for a bit but both of the managers answered all my questions. I went into the store and as promised the customer service associate Aminu Abdullahi helped me. Not only was he helping me but he was helping 4 different people at once. He gave us all his undivided attention. I will def. be visiting this Walgreens again even though this is not the Walgreens that is closest to my house. Thanks for the excellent customer service.

FYI: I never come please the survey but I will today.

Love it here! Wish the customers would be a bit more respectful of the staff. It's not in an ideal location but people should really keep in mind that their manners should be ON when out in public.

Only drugstore I use.

This Walgreens at 61 Ferry Street is still open, I don't know who is it that's playing around with their app, and if it's not their app, then they messing around with my phone.

The workers there are amazing everytime I visit, love the staff.
