The explanations of the process and walking me through the experience were very good. The hearing aids are excellent. I heard things and voices I haven't heard in quite a while. The technology is amazing and the care is equally as good. Thanks for a great experience.

Staff is always gracious, caring , professional, and very helpful. In particular I appreciate their efforts at making sure I understand the test based science which drives their recommendations for equipment and programs.

I have been going to this location for several years. I can’t say enough good things about Taunya! She was amazing with my elderly mother and when it came time for me she was right there. I have referred fellow coworkers to her too! She is wonderful! The drive to Springfield is well worth it although they do have several locations. I would recommend them to everyone and do! I am so glad Tanya is back taking care of clients! I had missed her!

I was very impressed with Christina. She was very thorough and personable. She answered all my questions and gave me additional information that encouraged me greatly. I feel comfort that my hearing concerns are being handled by your company.

It was quick and painless. They explained that certain tones I have a harder time hearing, but felt hearing aids would not be a good choice for me at his time.

Very friendly staff. No waiting. Testing done very professionally. I asked to compare my results to prior year and this was done. Devices were offered but no high pressure sales tactics. I was encouraged to do what felt comfortable for me.
