Heather does an amazing job! I've gone to her for a variety of services and am always thrilled with the outcome. We had talked about microblading for a long time but I was nervous. She never pressured me and when I was finally ready she walked me through the process with the utmost patience and professionalism. They are gorgeous and I wish I had done it sooner! Heather made sure I was completely involved and comfortable with the process throughout the treatments and used her knowledge and experience to help guide my decisions on how to proceed. I wish I could give more than 5 stars! I could not be happier and will go back to her again and again. She's the only person I trust to do anything to my face!

I discovered Details Day Spa last year and am very glad I did. Heather offers many different services not only for women but also men. She is a very good listener and really knows her stuff about the services she offers. From a male point of view, after the first time I saw her she made me feel very comfortable and I quickly knew that I had made the right choice. Highly recommended.

Heather has been doing my facials since I was in high school 7 years ago, she has always provided expertise and professional care and more importantly genuinely builds a connection with you to get you to where your skin goals want to be. She promised me that my skin will clear up if I follow her instructions and continue to see her, and before you know it, it did. She is the only one I trust to let touch my skin!! I don’t know what I would do without her I love seeing her consistently once a month to maintain my skin !! Her mini facials, hydra facials are amazing. Heather has been my skin care specialist & lash technician for years, and she is absolutely amazing. I will never trust anyone else to touch my skin or lashes. She always takes her time, and is a perfectionist. She has made me love the skin I'm in, and she truly cares for all her clients tremendously. I moved up to Mahopac from Queens in January last year, and for six months went back down to Queens for body waxing. I was very frustrated at not being able to find someone closer to me to provide these services. Finally around June 2021 I discovered--on accident--Details via a random Yelp search. I reached out to Heather and she responded immediately, and booked an appointment for me. First meeting was great--Heather is very personable and goes out of her way to make you feel comfortable. Let me add that our first meeting was during COVID, and she maintained a safe, sanitary and hygienic environment at all times, including face coverings. Heather is a very lovely person--face it, when you're getting a full body wax or Brazilian, you need to be comfortable :) And she is definitely that person. It's been over 8 months that I've seen her routinely, and my skin is in great shape! No else has, or will, apply wax to my body but Heather :)
