Was rear ended almost two months ago.. they gave me an estimate in a quick timely manner and handled everything with the insurance company I didn’t have to do a thing! We scheduled my appointment -which I accidentally missed but got my car to them the very next day! Car is completed, looks amazing! The kicker is they went a step further and buffed out a spot on side of the car where someone else had hit it in a parking lot with their door! Highly recommend this body shop!

Got me in quickly, worked will with Progressive. I have a 2017 F150 (Full Aluminum body, and had a shingle scrap across my hood. Their prices was very comparable to other body shops. They were recommended by my garage. Will definitely consider them in the future.

I recently had some body work done on my Mazda. I work in Columbus but live in Springfield. Brian was GREAT to work with. He made it easy for me to come in at times that worked for me. The work was done in a very timely manner and the car looks great. In addition, they detailed my car, inside and out. My car looked brand new like I had just driven it off of the car lot. I went to Shaffer's Collision 2140 W 1st St. Springfield, Ohio 45504 for an estimate today, very nice and very professional people, they gave me the estimate I was looking for and gave me a date to repair my car, will give update on the repairs they do, so far so good,

Shaffer's did an excellent job repairing my 2018 Honda Accord. The paint matched perfect and the car looked as good as new when it was finished. Could not be happier. Would highly recommend !

These guys will give you 100% quality every time as well as in a timely manor. They took care of my 2010 camaro in the past and today took care of my 2011 bmw 535i. Good prices good service and will treat you respectively. I HIGHLY RECOMMENDED this company.

I never give any review a 5 star rating but these folks took such good care of repairing my car that I feel they deserve the 5 stars. This is the only place I'll take my cars for repair.
