Love this place. I know most of the employees by name and vice versa. Accommodating, very knowledgeable, and closer than driving to Home Depot. Hope they remain in business for a long time.

I needed an additional key and fob for a 2016 Toyota, and was happily surprised to learn that True Value could provide these and do the necessary pairing with my car, all for MUCH less than the dealer or locksmith would charge. The key was under $60, and the fob less than $80. If you've looked into replacement keys and fobs for modern cars you know that is a steal - the dealer would charge something like 3 times that! Norm did the work and was careful to do it all properly - it's kind of a complicated job with newer cars. Thank you Norm!

I love this place. A full staff of adults who can always find what I’m looking for even if I have to describe it as a thingamajig. PPG paint is superior to the brands I’ve used for years and they’re always helpful with finding the right shade and sheen.

True Value has just about everything and reasonable.. very friendly too.

Friendly knowledgeable staff. And they have just about everything in that store. As cheap or cheaper than home Depot or Lowe's.

Don't drive by thinking you have to go into the city.

They are knowledgable about their products and willing to problem solve solutions to projects that have you stumped. We recommend this store again and again.

I have the greatest experience every time I walk through their door. Customer service is top notch with an added side of humor. And they have the most unexpected things for a smaller store.

Probably the single best asset to Manlius. Staff is incredibly helpful and friendly. Store has pretty much all basics you will need without having to go to big box store. I have found that prices on some items were less than Home Depot.

Great, long time, local business. Been going here for years. The staff goes above and beyond to help the customer. I always enjoy going to this hardware store. I guess I may be coming here too often. The cashier knew me by name. Lol

Manlius True value has been an absolute go-to for our remodel projects in the Manlius region. A+ service with knowledgeable and courteous staff. Materials can be a little sparse from time to time but for light contracting, every day home improvement and DIY projects I can't recommend them enough.

A small, easy to look through store that still always has just enough of the parts and pieces you need for home projects, along with people who know right where "that size washer" or specialized pipe connector is.

I always have a blast going up and down the aisles, literally something for everyone, all projects covered here. Staff exceeds in customer service and beyond. If they don't have it, then it hasn't been patented or dreamed of yet.
