They have helped me to take this house from the 1950’s into 2023 with kitchen, bathroom, & living area renovations. They are professional, friendly, and courteous – much appreciated traits in this day and age. I LOVE the current project just completed.

The wax ring failed on the toilet in the 1/2-bath next to our dining area and kitchen. Result? New flooring and trim throughout those areas. We had RHIO also install new counters. The work was done quickly and looks fantastic!

The crew from Reliable Home Improvements did a tremendous job updating our very outdated kitchen with new cabinets, backsplash, and quartz countertops. The materials were all high quality and installed by a highly skilled, experienced team. The owner, Bryan, communicated frequently with us even before the work began. They also did a thorough job of stripping old wallpaper and carefully prepping the walls to be painted. The work was done in a timely manner. We would recommend this contractor to anyone.

I used Reliable Home Improvements for new windows in my home. From estimates, to product orders, installation and clean up, Brian and his team of well trained professionals did the most amazing job. Not only were they incredibly professional, but the job was done as promised, timely, and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend for any home improvement needs. Reliable Home Improvements replaced all of our windows except one, our front door, and replaced our front porch and porch roof. There were some difficulties encountered, but the crew solved each one professionally. They were very courteous and kind. Our home of 27 years looks brand new and we are thrilled! I used Reliable Home Improvements to remodel one of my bathrooms and plan to have them remodel my master bath very soon. Mac was very responsive with communication and follow through and Bryan cared enough to see the final product all the way from Springfield. Really pleased with Bryan and his team. They did a nice remodel job on my small bathroom in a very short time.

I had all new fixtures installed including a whirlpool tub with new tile around the tub.

The bathroom is a joy to use now, they were able to replace everything I didn’t like while still retaining some of the original features like the 1940’s tile floor and walls.

I would certainly trust them to do more work for me in the future. Five stars.

Remodeled our bathroom new tub, vanity, toilet, fan, mirror and lighting. Listened to what we wanted and worked with us. It turned out beautiful. Also updated the front of our house. New siding, shutters, light and mailbox. We couldn’t be more happy our house looks so new and bright. We would gladly use Reliable again and recommend to all.

Bryan and his crew have done many jobs for us over several years. I would not have anyone else do anything for us as we consider them to be the "best"! We have had other contractors give us estimates, but none compare to Reliable. Their quality of work is exceptional! I should have put a review on here long before this...but as they say "better late than never".

We have had Bryan and his team do numerous jobs with us. This time was to have my 1/2 bath remodeled. I love it!! Everyone hated to use that bathroom now it is so nice and bright and clean. No worries about them not cleaning up after themselves as they were right on top of it.

I hired RHIO to repair about 12 feet of rotted sill plate and box beam from an undiscovered water intrusion where the deck abutted the house. They worked with my schedule, efficiently repaired the damage, and cleaned up completely after the job. And all for a very reasonable price. Moreover, the workers were friendly and polite. Thank you RHIO for a job WELL DONE!
