Very professional and clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. My son has had no complaints with his braces and they always accommodate our schedule. The price is extremely reasonable. I would refer Vail to any of my friends or family.

My daughter has been going to Vail Orthodontics at their Monroe location since Spring of 2023. They have been amazing! The staff is always so pleasant and friendly! The office is clean, there’s never a long wait, and they are always accommodating with working around our schedule for appointments or getting her in last minute if she’s having an issue with something. Highly recommend them!!!

I had a great experience! They treated my husband and I so well and we had our baby with us which doesn’t make things easier, they were so sweet about it. I even ended up getting my braces put on the same day as my consultation and everything went smoothly. Looking forward to the remainder of my time with them.

I came here a couple times and it was amazing, the hygienist and dentist (whose name by the way is Dr Brennan) was super nice and friendly I would definitely recommend this place to people!

I went to the wrong location and when I realized I headed to the right location. It made me 15 minutes late but when I called they were so nice and pushed my appt back so my whole day wasn’t wasted. Everyone in the office is so welcoming and kind. The orthodontist and her assistant both explained everything I needed to know on both my daughters. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Nice tech who did my daughter's braces. I went to four places including this office for consultations. But after denied thru Medicaid we waited a year and they offered us the most affordable discount in February I've ever seen anywhere else. (I actually thought it was a mistake.) So we decided to stick with Vail Ortho. Thank you for this affordable option! Way to go!!!!

Vail has been a great experience. Every staff member greets you with kindness and are so patient with my questions. Joanna has been so supportive and knowledgeable! Their patient care is top notch.

After our orthodontist retired in the middle of our daughter’s treatment. We were reluctant about finding a new orthodontist. We are very happy with the treatment here. They are quick at the appointments. The place is spotless. The staff are friendly & helpful.
