Exceeding Expectations: A Commendable Experience with Shaina, Wynter, and Wendy at The Gramercy

As a loyal resident who had been with Windsor property management for over six years, I initially signed a lease with them at The Gramercy. However, when Bozzuto took over shortly after I moved in, I wasn't sure what to expect. Hearing about Bozzuto's reputation as an award-winning property management company set the bar high for the new staff. Let me tell you, from the maintenance team to Shaina, Wynter, and Wendy, they far exceeded those expectations.

Their efforts to accommodate the diverse community at The Gramercy, which includes a group of slightly older tenants and those under assisted living, have been remarkable. Bozzuto staff faced a challenging task, as these tenants were accustomed to things operating a certain way. Despite some unfortunate interactions where tenants displayed rudeness and unreasonableness, the staff remained consistently professional. As someone raised with values of respect and responsibility in Texas, these experiences were disheartening.

I sincerely hope that Bozzuto continues to support this exceptional team, by expediting requests to facilitate renovations throughout the building. Providing upgraded amenities within units and throughout the complex would help The Gramercy compete with newly constructed apartments and condos in White Plains. I have immense respect for this staff and wish to prevent burnout or turnover. While some reviews highlight the challenges they face, it's clear that some residents make unreasonable demands.

My only concern was the issue with the garage door, which compromised community security. Thankfully, we reside in a safe community, but caution should always be exercised, especially with incidents occurring in nearby cities.

Overall, Shaina, Wynter, and Wendy, along with the entire team, have transformed The Gramercy into a place I'm proud to call home. Their dedication, professionalism, and efforts deserve the highest commendation.

Willie (head of maintenance) and his staff make it a point to know the tenants in this building. They ensure a great experience through their fast response, clean work, and positive relationships. Thanks for your great work!

We love our new apartment at Windsor at the Gramercy! Our tour with Allison was great, she showed us around and answered all of our questions. We loved it so much, we applied that day! Coming from Manhattan, the apartment here is so spacious, bright, and modern. The hallways and lobby feel like a hotel, and everything is spotless and cleaning We love the convenience of all of the amenities, including the pool. The area surrounding the building is quiet and peaceful, while also walkable to the main shops and restaurants. Whenever we have a question, the concierge or Allison are always there to help us. We would definitely recommend this apartment building to anyone looking!

I really must record my absolute appreciation for this building and the staff. To have such a tranquil place in the middle of White Plains is amazing..it does not feel urban at all. Plants, trees and the rural surroundings are always pleasant and regularly maintained. There is a very nice ambiance. Requests for maintenance are dealt with in a very prompt and efficient manner. The concierge staff are patient and helpful and a great asset to the place. It is also impressive how carefully the management reflect environmental and recycling concerns. ...so important these days.

My family and I have never been too keen on apartment living as, until recently, we've lived in a single-family home for decades. Windsor at The Gramercy has changed our mindset re apartment living. From our initial encounter with Karimah (a leasing consultant), we knew that this apartment community was going to be our new home. She was patient, professional and kind in leading us through the leasing process and introducing us to the Windsor Team. Willie (from maintenance) is always there with a big smile and a helpful attitude. Compliments to all the staff as each one has welcomed us and worked to make our transition as easy and pleasant as possible. The structure is very well-built (in fact, we never hear any noises from other tenants) and the apartments are spacious and filled with natural light. We've found our new home in White Plains.

The Maintenance guys at the Gramercy are amazing. They are quick to respond to whatever your request is and always do a superb job. Willie and his team are absolutely amazing. Thank you for all you do! It is so appreciated!!

We love living here! For many reasons. Not only is the building clean and all staff with who we have had interaction friendly and helpful, we also appreciate the attentiveness of the maintenance staff. Any time we have made a request, they have responded within 24 hours. And fixed the problem! This is a really important benefit to us of apartment living.

Like living in a top class hotel. All amenities. Well maintained/clean and orderly. Wide and clean air conditioned hall ways. Entrance lobby/concierge area is quite and professional. Any issues and/or repairs are completed in a timely manor. I can't say enough. I'm a very happy tenant.

I've lived in this building for a year and I enjoy it a lot. Good price and quality compared to other buildings. Building services is great, receptionists are very friendly; maintenance is very efficient, Willie D is very pleasant to talk to and good at fixing everything. Very lovely neighbor too!

We just moved in and we are loving it here so far. We especially appreciate Willie's quick work to repair the small issues that we found on move-in, and his attentiveness to explaining how everything works. His friendliness and eagerness to help makes us feel very much at home. Everyone else has been friendly too, including neighbors. Thank you!

Just moved in, but so far the building is clean and leasing staff is class A! I've submitted one maintenance request and they were on it like white on rice. They also cleared up a billing issue on-the spot. They always say hello and are very accommodating. All good things so far!

we had trouble with our stove and called maintenance this past saturday. within an hour the maintenance person was at our apartment, announced that we needed a new stove, and within a couple of hours installed one for us.
he was excellent, and we thank windsor for such quick action.

The leasing team at Windsor at the Gramercy is nothing less then exceptional and the maintenance staff have been superb. Everyone is really friendly and helpful and have made this move an amazing experience.

I can’t say enough of Tenishea’s attention to not only the application process and her follow through on same, but also the logistics of my move in. Even when I wouldn’t follow up due to work or other life circumstances, she took it upon herself to ensure that all was according to plan. She is a delight to deal with, and an obvious asset to the Gramercy community. I can say this even having only just recently moved in. Tenishea made my decision to move and the move itself as smooth as possible. Ten out of ten.

I recently moved in and I'm blown away by how smoothly everything went and how accommodating people are here. The community seems friendly; people holding doors and saying hello. The building and apartment themselves are immaculate upon move-in. So far, I'm VERY pleased!

I lived there for 2 years and miss it so much now that I live where it's incredibly boring. The Gramercy as an apartment isn't the most special place in the world, but the surrounding areas made it so much fun living in. If you need a small apartment, this is a great one to live in. There is so much to do in the area. And hey if you're a New York Knicks fan, you may spot one of their players at the movie theater down the street every now and then because they tend to hang out around there when not playing basketball.

This is a great community to live in. The staff is very friendly, and I can always rely in their service when needed. I've had a couple of maintenance emergency on holidays and always got a prompt response and the team's dedication to solve the problem asap. Really outstanding.

Just moved in but so far the staff has been very responsive and helpful. Allison was helpful giving a tour and sending reminders of what needed to be submitted prior to our lease date to ensure a smooth move.

Great place to live, kid friendly, the staff is very accommodating and understanding. I was recently divorced and moved here and at the time my ex stopped paying for our children and I had to move, yet the staff was very empathetic. We had birthday parties here and I really miss it! I wish there was a gramercy in edgemont.
