The Container Store

Container store designed and installed two of these wall-mounted / floating end tables. The process wasn’t perfect but I am very pleased with the final result and equally pleased with the accountability of this Company when we hit some rough patches. It’s not uncommon for there to be some bumps in the road with renovation projects. Based on my experience, I would recommend them! You will be happy with their customer service.

Can't say enough about the Container Store! From the friendly and knowledgeable in-store team, to the wide variety of products, we have organized our new home, room by room. We just had an Elfa custom garage space designed and installed by the Container Store and couldn't be happier with the result!

Accidentally left something at the store after purchasing. When i went back the next day I explained it to one of the cashiers and they were able to give me the item without an issue after showing my receipt.

Wonderful displays with helpful and extremely friendly knowledge staff. Thanks and a shout out to Steven, Ellen and Eliza keep up the great work.

Overall store appearance is always clean. The items on the shelves are always aligned and accessible. Staff members are always welcoming and professional!

Overall, the shopping experience is what can be expected from The Container Store. Bathroom urinal was moldy and disgusting; left much to be desired. However, Denise at front counter was beyond kind, enthusiastic, helpful and professional— completely nullified the bathroom experience- making this a true 5 star shopping experience. Would come back again, but try to avoid bathroom

Very friendly customer's, and employees. The employees truly care,and go that extra mile to make they're customer's happy. So much more then just a container store/or store. We ordered some items for pick up at the Yonkers location. We arrived at the Westchester location in error 15 minutes before closing with no hope to make it before closing to the Yonkers location. Manager Ney and his staff did not skip a beat. They went above and beyond for us. Not only did they stay behind (past closing) for us, they went into their stock room several times to ensure we had everything we needed. They did all of this with smiles and grace. This level of customer service is not often seen anymore. We will certainly be making the drive out from Manhattan to the Westchester location in the future.

The best Organizer Store that has everything you need and items that you never knew existed! Super clean and open so that you can easily find your items. The salespeople are helpful and become a POP shopper to get an automatic discount at the cashier. Love their
easy to order if the store is out of what you want. Always leave happy knowing less mess when I get home!

Truly a 'kid in a candy store' experience. My partner and I recently moved and we found almost everything we needed to fill our room. They were out of stock on quite a few things but their online store had a lot of stuff available. The cashier that rang us out was super nice.

This store is amazing. They always seem to have something to help provide storage for every tight space. Best is the 6" rolly clear plastic containers that roll under the bed. Closet systems, gadgets fur kitchen & bath, soft good, and cleaners, glassware and if cosirs containers for almost every space. Prices reasonable and they run sales. Staff helpful. Checkout quick. Parking lot exclusively for the Container Store. Check it out, lots of fun.

Always great stuff and helpful staff. One of my hats is that of a professional organizer, and I can usually find the storage items I'd like for myself, or my clients. The quality of most products they carry is excellent, so they hold up over time.

Lots of great organizing options here for all areas of your home. Plus, a nice gift wrap section and lots of little doodads that you didn't know you needed. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Good parking lot.
