Target

When I say that this Target has the most amazing associates, I mean it. The first associate that assisted me was Jose and he went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. Then when I went to check out, he was now at the register and I turned around and asked another employee where I could find a manager. She smiled at me and said that there were managers all around and she was one, how could she help me. I told her that this young man, Jose (as I pointed to him; another customer was in front of me) was so unbelievably helpful, polite, kind and he deserves a raise for going above and beyond in customer service. She laughed and said she didn’t know about that, but she truly appreciated hearing something good. Jose thanked me as well and I told him I tried for the raise. If you need to go to Target, this is the one to go to where you will be assisted with kindness and true concern re everything and anything that you are looking for.

I don't write reviews often but I came in yesterday to get some cold medicine for myself. I had to ring for an associate to come open the cabinet with the nasal spray in it and a young man with curly hair came promptly. He opened the cabinet, I indicated the product I wanted and then he simply said "I hope you feel better." It was a small gesture, but after a tough day of business travel and feeling run down, it meant a lot to me and really turned my day around. Thank you.

Extremely large Target, with possibly everything you would need at your home, from groceries, household appliances, clothing, board games, toiletries, makeup, first aid etc. With many brands for each at good prices and their own Starbucks inside.

The exit is close to the parking lot at city center which makes it quite convenient. Plus there are few other big stores and fast food places within the city center which help make it a very convenient shopping spree spot in White Plains.

Store was clean, well stocked and staff was very friendly and helpful.

Great store with a enjoyable shopping experience. Always clean and well stocked. Associates are helpful especially in the pharmacy section.

The pickup staff were coordinated, organized and hands down the nicest, politest Target employees I have ever dealt with. They were so friendly! Sleeves are fully packed!

Very clean and neat environment for shoppers of all kinds. Has everything you could possibly need and staff are very nice.

I always love shopping at Target. Target provides a wide variety of clothes, household items, household cleaning products, toiletries, furniture, snacks, and a variety of food items.

It's an aesthetic Target. There's this cute Lego statue and lots of Target mascot doggos everywhere. Best one was a reference to Snoopy.

First time visiting this store. It is pretty big and clean. I purchased an android phone case. I noticed that it was locked whereas the iPhone cases were not. It was easy to find someone to unlock the case for me. The store has self check out options as well as you can checkout with a person. They didn't have a long line. I would definitely shop here again.

I give five stars for customer service to a manager by the name of Nierola (sorry for the spelling). I came in on Saturday, right after the store opened, to buy a recently released nintendo game. When he was unable to find the game on the shelf, he immediately went to the stock room to check and still was unable to find it. He was kind enough to go through a shipment of boxes and found the game. I was appreciative of his assistance and outstanding customer service.

I am in love with their variety: the bargain deals as you enter the store, the grocery items, the indoor CVS pharmacy as well as the what the entire store has on display to purchase. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK, TARGET!!!!

White Plains Target always seems to be improving and changing every few months I visit. Their staff is very friendly and helpful, they have tons of items on sale, and it's a great place to buy things you weren't even planning on getting. It's a nice alternative to other stores in the area where you might not be able to get everything or have to go to more than one store. I look forward to shopping there whenever I get the chance.

My item was ready for pick up when I arrived. Only issue was that there were two stations, one for pickups and one for return but only one station was operating, the return station…This made the pick up much longer than it needed to be. I had to wait in line with the people who were returning items and that line was long. I guessing a solution would be, if a person comes and identifies that they are there for a pickup, someone could immediately help them and then return to whatever they where doing once pickup is completed. pickup is not as frequent as returns I’m sure, so shouldn't be much of a hassle, one, two, in and out.

Target is a great place to shop. I find everything I need and of exceptional price and quality.

I have to say that the employees at the White Plains Target Location in New York are friendly and especially helpful. Team member Austin in particular is always kind and helpful at the self checkout and customer service area. It is always nice to see his familiar face. I was more than pleased when he helped me resolve a problem I had with gift cards. A lot of the team members are long term employees. whether younger or older their dedication is obvious. Having familiarity with the staff members, makes my shopping experience more enjoyable. They are always there to help me locate items and/ or return unwanted items with ease.
