Today we closed on the sale of our childhood home. So many memories, from 1965 to very recently. It’s an exciting but bittersweet time. On behalf of my family we want yo thank Michael Jenney for all of his patience and hard work as we navigated through this transaction. Cindy Schoenleber is the BEST! I cannot say enough about how great of an agent she was in the sale of my home. I would like to give a Big Shout out to Marc Miller he was our realtor we met him in January 2019... After dragging him to Literally Hundreds of houses in all kinds of weather, we found our home... We put in & offer accepted the end of January. FAST forward to May STILL NOT IN OUR HOME! The Sellers were from HELL! On Memorial Day weekend Friday night 10pm we find out the Sellers want MORE TIME (apparently 5mths wasn't enough) our commitment expires the end of the month! What a NIGHTMARE if it wasn't for MARC Working his A S S off for was while on Vacation the deal would be DEAD!! We wanted OUT!!! Marc talked for hours with us all the time REMINDING us how Hard we searched & this house CHECKED all the boxes, He MADE this Nightmare End... We closed in June! THANK YOU MARC!! Without you we wouldn't have done it! 5 Stars & more to you!
