Dr. Alexander was very reassuring and kind as he fixed my broken tooth with calm efficiency and expertise. His work is excellent. The support staff is friendly and very helpful. Every visit has been a very good experience.

Rachel is an excellent and caring dental hygienist. Dr. Alexander has all of the state of the art equipment and the knowledge of how to use it. He routinely screens for oral cancers and cares about the patient's overall dental health. All the staff are friendly and efficient and the facility is spotlessly clean. Highly recommend !

I have been insecure about my smile for 10+ years. Dr. Alexander was the first to be able to boost my confidence again. Fantastic work!

I thought I had broken a tooth. Dr. Alexander took one look and said I had a cavity that needed to be fixed. He fixed it at that appointment. I didn't have to make another appointment! He was caring and professional as he always is. I would recommend Dr. Alexander for any dental needs. He is the best!

I had an urgent issue late on Monday, Memorial Day 2023. I called first thing Tuesday and Dr. Alexander squeezed me in and spent time not only fixing the issue but explaining things and putting me at ease. Great outcome from all perspectives. 5 stars aren't enough!

I have been going to this practice since my initial "emergency" in April during the 'Noreaster" and can't say enough about the treatment and compassion that has been extended. Although my needs are substantial and complex, Dr. Alexander and his staff have been tremendous! I sure wish I had know about him years ago when all my issues started. I'm sure much of what we are working through now would likely have been averted and my intense fears about dentistry would never have started. Going to Dr. Alexander has been a Godsend.

Today was my first visit at this practice. The staff is most pleasant and professional. Dr. Alexander was more thorough than I had experienced at my former dentist. He spent time explaining my options and I appreciated his willingness to answer my questions.

My dental assistant called me immediately following my arrival and commenced her procedures. She was pleasant and personable. My treatment was concluded in a timely manner

Best dental office! Everyone who works there is pleasant and helpful. Rachel is awesome and so thorough and dr. Alexander is so nice and takes care of you.

Dr. Alexander is patient centered. I can always count on him to be responsive to my needs, even when it’s not convenient for him. He and his entire staff are compassionate and helpful. Did I mention gentle? I recommend Dr. Alexander 100%!

Dr. Alexander has been my dentist for a number of years now, and I cannot recommend him highly enough! He and his staff are super-professional, fast, responsive, and I always feel like they have my best interests (and good health) at heart. They are always willing to answer all my questions and put my mind at ease. An appointment there is like a visit with friends whose company I enjoy very much. Kudos to all!

I enjoyed my consultation visit. Not only are the staff warm and welcoming, Dr. Alexander is very knowledgeable and walked me through the diagnosis and what I should do next for the best outcome. I was able to ask questions without being rushed or talked over. I would recommend him if you need dental advice when it comes to tooth removal, root canal, and bone grafting. All around great place to be for excellent dental care.

Very friendly receptionist. My hygienist Rachel was sweet and understood how sensitive my teeth are to scraping and polishing and accommodated me. I didn’t wait long at all to be seen and Dr. Alexander was very nice and answered all my questions. Loved my first visit!

Dr. Alexander is an incredibly talented dentist and a great human being ! I suffer from an extreme fear of dentists and can be a difficult patient to manage. Dr. Alexander's calm and reassuring manner, his perpetually cheerful disposition, and his outstanding professional skills have put me at ease and helped me to overcome my anxiety. Likewise, the exceptional quality of his work has greatly improved my dental profile and restored my ability to smile with confidence. I’m not someone that usually does reviews, but highly recommend Dr. Alexander. Was a little shaky after my dental appointment the other day and now live in Clifton Park. He called later to check on how I was doing and that I made it home ok. Gotta say he also puts up with my warped sense of humor. That’s a good thing… Thanks Doc!

Everyone at Dr. Alexander's office tries to make your visit as pleasant as possible. They are always friendly, courteous and polite. Aside from having dental work done (ugh) the personnel do everything they can to make it as pleasant as possible. Thumbs up to them!

The friendly/"family" atmosphere is very inviting to all who enters his office. We value his expertise in dentistry. (i.e. fillings, cleanings, crowns, cracked tooth, tooth extraction, etc.) Because of Dr. Alexander and his staff, my family and I can truly "smile" at the world.
