Employees are always more than happy to help in any way.
Cashier goes above and beyond to see you have everything you need etc.

The people at the front always welcome me and offer me the best sales. And all the pharmacists are always pleasant, and informative about all my scripts. I'm in there about 2 to
3 times a month.

Just be more a little nice too workers I know lease a customer is always right but some of these customers need to be a little bit nicer and not so mean employees at CVS human beans if they don't know they don't know if it has nothing to do with CVS inside the store Google it don't give them a hard time front of the store in the back be more nice i Watch many people disrespect workers and it's not even a serious problem most of the time it's something to do with outside CVS that they don't know sometimes I wish I could jump in butt I don't want to get kicked out of CVS shout out to all CVS even 24 hours CVS Delaware avenue Albany East greenbush and Delmar

The staff is all around very kind, helpful and friendly.

The pharmacy staff are absolutely AMAZING!! 💊💊

I always receive wonderful service here. The pharmacy staff always take the time to answer questions, even about the use of OTC drugs with my medications. The front of store staff are pleasant and helpful as well.

I have never shown up at this pharmacy and had my script be ready. Not one time. I can give them all day, and it still wont be ready when I show up. The worst part is that they say, "oh we just got that script." When I know it was sent hours ago. Any other pharmacy I have used has never given me this issue.

CVS brand of floss is USELESS. It frays and does not perform well.

Is it a prerequisite to be a total jerk when it comes to being a customer service representative?

- terrible customer service at the pharmacy, totally cut me off mid sentence rudely, and had an attitude the whole time.

- stop projecting your frustrations towards customers that did nothing to you. I approached the representative with nothing but respect and It’s not hard to return the same energy.

I have been a CVS customer and a ExtraCare member for the past several years.
I have recently moved to the neighborhood and it was my first visit to this pharmacy.
The manager at this pharmacy is extremely rude and arrogant.
I bought a baby formula here and immediately(the next day and the bottle seal is not broken) found that the formula is part of the recall.
When I asked them to replace the formula, the manager said it is not possible, she didn't even care to hear what I was trying to explain.
I immediately went to the nearby store and they have replaced the bottle, and the manager at this location told me that any store should replace the
recalled formulas without any questions asked.

I wish one thing would happen everytime you go to CVS around the district you get the automatic everytime I go to this one I think the doors are going to automatically open from being around most of the CVS in the district with automatic doors you think that would be like one of the okay this one too I just think I should have automatic doors like the rest that way out of all the CVS when people think the doors are going to open automatically don't get confused that way people with disabilities like myself will think this door will automatically open to instead of just banging your head thinking it's going to open heads up it doesn't open automatic

So it’s snowing outside and I am waiting as roads are getting worse … for pharmacy to get off “lunch” as a health care professional this is totally unacceptable. A nurse can’t say sorry I am not bringing you pain meds I am on lunch . The really subpar customer service I receive here plus this I will be getting a new pharmacy starting today

I have been a CVS customer for over 20 years. Last year I had bought two gift cards from this location. They charged my credit card but when I went to use it there was no money on the gift cards. I went back to the store and told them of this situation. They said they can not do anything I have to call CVS customer support. I called CVS customer support they took my complaint and said they will get back to me in 2 weeks. I waited 2 weeks to hear back from them and ended up calling them to find what was going on. They said I need to call the gift card vendor as they can not do anything. I told them I bought these gift cards from CVS it is their responsibility to get this fixed for me but they insisted they can not do anything. At this point CVS has lost me and my family as a customer. I will never shop at this CVS or any other CVS ever again. I am done with an organization who has no customer service or ownership of products they sell at their stores.
