Wow!!! Unbelievable prices. I typically get my prescriptions from CVS because it's convenient. However, recently I was shocked when a prescription sent to them would cost me over $100. My husband had a similar experience and his doctor recommended a local pharmacy. He paid only $7 for the same prescription, whereas I paid $5 for mine, and not $105. It's frustrating to see big chain pharmacies overcharge consumers while smaller, community pharmacies offer better prices. I want to thank Monroe Pharmacy for its affordable prices and friendly service.

Halfway from Buffalo to visit family in Monroe, I realized that I forgot my prescription medicine. I was recommended to seek help from Monroe Pharmacy. The pharmacist and assistant were extremely welcoming, understanding and helpful to me. They truly saved the day by providing me with a few replacement meds. Thank you!!

Very nice people and lots of services also you can get your eye test done for the DMV which is great 👍 previously used central valley pharmacy for the last 20 years and so the Monroe pharmacy is basically the same place as central valley pharmacy which I love so so much and will go back as soon as I have transportation to get there. I do recommend both pharmacies!

My brother came from Las Vegas to visit and lost his meds. Pharmacy was supposed to.close at 2 for labor day.
I came in at 1:55 and Mohammed WOULD.NOT LEAVE until he resolved the issue. He.stayed until 3 on the phone w my brother's pharmacy, his drs answering svc, etc.
He resolved it and we got his meds.
And with grace, and a friendly good by.
And he told my brother enjoy your visit to NY and call if u need anything else

I was speechless and have rarely had this level of caring!

I've discovered Monroe Pharmacy after years of frustrations with those big brand name pharmacies where they couldn't care less about you. I'm so grateful I found this gem of a Pharmacy in the town of Monroe, NY where you're treated like family. They know you by name, and go out of their way to make sure your medication needs are taken care of month after month. All of their employees and pharmacists are very professional yet extremely friendly. I can not recommend them highly enough, I know you'll be happy with their service.

Monroe Pharmacy is the absolute best. What I experience here is nothing short of being treated like and feeling like family. When I call or stop by for medication they all know my name. If need be medications are brought right to your door via their personalized delivery service. In a world of cold corporate giants I absolutely prefer to feel like I’m special and being treated like family rather than just a number.

I have been using Monroe Pharmacy almost about a year now and nothing but good experience with them. They have excellent customer service - very friendly and helpful people. Also, the price is cheaper than other pharmacies around. The pharmacists are very knowledgeable and unbelievably fast and reliable. No waiting time. If you are inside the pharmacy, they will work on your order right away. No waiting, just 5/10 minutes preparation time. Super excellent service. This pharmacy is way better than other big name pharmacies around here and with a personalized touch. Few months ago I have a relative visiting us from out of state, and he forgot his prescription medications. I called Mohammed quite late at night. He took all the troubles to call the doctor, got insurance clearance, and arranged one of his employees to have the medication delivered to us. Mohammed has a true champion heart to help people. A genuine community pharmacy.

I was having trouble getting one prescription and one over-the-counter product. One pharmacist actually suggested I look on Amazon for the non-prescription item.
Monroe Pharmacy got me both items within an hour, on a Saturday! They are also all very pleasant to deal with, and they look for ways to make things more convenient for the customer. Truly refreshing to get that 'neighborhood' feeling in this day and age.

Excelent service in a small pharmacy that you don't get a CVS were I feel they just push out prescriptions and I really value having a pharmacist give me her opinion about a medicine that the doctor prescribed for my son that could upset his stomach. She directly took care of calling the doctor to change the formula and got the better option for us. Could not recommend enough.

I want to say Thank you to all the employees at Monroe Pharmacy. I can go into why they are outstanding, but I would be here all day. The only way for anyone to see why they are a 5 star heck 10 star pharmacy is to go their and see for yourself.

I am eternally grateful to this Pharmacy and it’s owner Mohammed. I was in desperate need of medication for my 5 year old son who had an allergic reaction and all pharmacies were closed because it was past 10pm at night . I desperately called the emergency line listed on web and the owner without hesitation assured me he would be right there and opened the pharmacy just to fill my sons prescription. Might I add that we have never been to this pharmacy before so there was no prior relationship or
expectation. This man who I never met before came out of his home late at night and restored my faith in humanity. I can not thank Mohammed enough for his selfless act of kindness and I pray he is always blessed with good health and fortune!!!!! P. S. I immediately transferred all my future prescriptions to Monroe Pharmacy!😀

Each and every staff member that works is always kind and very respectful, I called them and told them that I was running late and I would be there but their store would already be closed and they were kind enough to wait for me to get there and keep the store open because they knew that it was hard for me to get to there, I on the other hand have never come across any other Pharmacy that would do that, most of the time the doors are closed five minutes before closing time, but anyway on top of that they offer a great service and they carry any medicine that I need and if I they don’t have it they can get it for me
