Crossroads Cafe----

I'm from the NYC & I'm used to eating at good restaurants that have breakfast and brunch. One of them is Original pancake house, they are really good. A year ago my wife and I moved up north to Monroe and we're worried about having a good restaurant to go to after church as we have had bad experiences with the quality of restaurants in Monroe.

However, I stumbled upon this gem one day as I was suffering. Decided to go here after church. My wife was very skeptical to try this place out as it isn't very restauranty from the outside, but she gave it a shot and the bet turned out to be a diamond in the sky!

Atmosphere: ⭐⭐⭐⭐
The place isn't very big, however I don't really care about the looks.

Service: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I haven't asked their names yet, but I guess this is a family owned business and they have great discipline, customer service, and are very cordial.

Food: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The food is exceptional and hits the spot with every bite! The cappuccino looks like semi-machine made, but the taste is outstanding especially the way they present it in a transparent cup going with the trend. The classic eggs Benedict is the way to go.

Price: ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
The prices at the restaurant is unbelievable (touchwood). Most items are less than 15$ and it's satisfying to see a good menu with low prices.

At the end of the day, I would give this place a solid 4.8⭐/5.

First time to this little gem. They definitely will be visited frequently. They do have limited seating I believe only 9 tables however they maximize this. They are efficient taking orders and getting the food to the tables. So there is a pretty fast turnover for tables. Now to the best part...the food was excellent and I didn't even finish looking at the menu as I kept questioning what looked best. I saw a special written on a board that I wish I would have tried after settling on an excellent omelet. The other AWESOME thing is the price is super reasonable. I feel like this is better priced and a better menu than our local diner. This is definitely my new favorite breakfast joint!!!!! Sorry the only picture I got was the finished product and as you can see I was a good boy but had to refrain from licking my plate.

Best place for breakfast. I have a two eggs corned beef with nacho fried, Italian Combo sandwich, Mac&Cheese and French toast Everything was delicious. My server was excellent, the service was excellent PLUS THE FOOD WAS EXCELLENT. Highly recommended

OMG! I love this place so much, the staff is amazing and always super friendly and not to mention the food is too die for and they are always super quick with getting it out to you in 10-15 minutes.

Friendly staff with great service and delicious food! Menu options are great, quality is good, and the coffee is tasty. Will definitely be going back!

Little cafe locally with yummy food, had breakfast egg sandwiches, omelette and waffles. All was good and the servers were nice. Parking is very convenient!

If you're thinking about going to the IHOP around the corner, you should just come here instead. Better food, better prices, nicer staff.

Slightly above average in every category, which means you won't have any complaints. Not expensive, food is good, service is good.

Update 6/18/2022: Went here today for a quick breakfast with my dad. We had to wait for a table to be cleared before being sat. we only waited about 5 minutes for that tho. We promptly were sat down, and then was greeted by our server. We ordered 2 coffees for drinks, and ordered full stack of blueberry pancakes, and the short stack of oreo pancakes. we also ordered a side of hash browns that we both shared. Everything was delicious, and it was only 24.00 for 2 people. that really isn't bad! Will probably be back again soon!

Original: Crossroads is a small cafe that is around an intersection, so we pass it everyday! It is small, as it only has about 10 tables. Service is also good, although had to find the waitress to get our check, but it's okay. Awesome breakfast menu as they have omelets, pancakes, waffles, and eggs. I ordered the Reese pancakes, which were delicous. They also have a lunch menu, but i haven't tried their menu yet. Definetely will be back

We were VERY pleased with our Breakfast experience. More than enough good food & a very attentive Waitress. Coffee was a bit mild but good. We switched to night Mass from the Morning one so we haven't been here in a while.

Such a needed an pleasant oasis for breakfast and lunch in Orange County. Small but comfortable, homey but not kitschy and run by friendly folks. I have been dining here for over a decade and they consistently satisfy. (I am partial to the pancakes in varying styles...) Absolutely worth stopping in for a nosh.

My girlfriend and I stopped here for the first time today and couldn't be happier with the service we received! The breakfast sandwiches were perfectly toasted and hot for an amazing price!! Friendly place and will definitely be stopping again!

I love this place, food is good, and staff is friendly. I'm thinking about eating every meal here. Lol

The pancakes and French toast are well made with many flavor options for both to choose from. The hot chocolate flavored French toast was delicious and not too sweet. Inexpensive breakfast spot that u and the family will enjoy.

Came here a couple times and loved their breakfest and sandwiches. There menu has a ton of unique and delicious sandwiches to choose from. Has a good atmosphere and great customer service, although it's very dead and quiet at times, which I'm surprised considering how good there food is, so hope this place gets busier soon.

My fiancé and I love this place. It’s not anything fancy but it is always consistent. A great place for breakfast or a quick lunch. Service is always pleasant.

Absolutely adorable little place to have breakfast. They were really nice and friendly. Food was delicious and they served super fast. I would love to have a place like this back home.

Stopped in after car needed work there guy at Midas recommend the place. Quite good get the train wreck sandwich. Great service

I had a great breakfast! Real home fries, fluffy scrambled eggs and big toast.
They have fresh baked goods and big sandwiches called 'freight trains.'
Lots of goin and fantastic waitress
