Best Chinese food in Syracuse. The ladies who run this place work their tails off, and always do it with a smile. They are always so kind to my family, and make our large family order exactly the way we like it. The food is always delicious, consistent and tastes fresh. Definitely recommend 👍

First time ordering from here, this was the best Chinese food I've had in a LONG time! Food tasted clean, is was cooked well, the service was great, it was really pleasant. We are a family of four and only paid $51 for our meal! Easy on the wallet and great in the belly!!! We ordered two BBQ spare ribs dinner combos, one crab Rangoon, one general two and one sesame chicken combo. It was delicious 😋 it's our new favorite spot.

This place is pretty legit for chinese take out. I have ordered from here a couple times and the food is next level.

I am in town on a lay-over and, after a bad experience, I walked over to this restaurant. The lady that helped was very nice and took the time to accommodate my order according to my diet needs. The food was pretty good and the service was quick. I am glad I ran into this little place and will come back on future lay-overs.

I've never actually been to this restaurant but I've ordered several times on Doordash and Grubhub. I don't know if anyone remembers a Chinese restaurant that was in downtown Syracuse many, many years ago called Happy Palace but they had the best pork fried rice I ever had. The pork fried rice at China Cafe rivals that of Happy Palace and it only took 40 years to finally have that deliciousness once again. I have had many different menu items from China Cafe and they have all been excellent. Whenever I've ordered it has always been delivered on time and the food is piping hot. I can't say enough about the food and service here and honestly, they deserve more than 5 stars.

Our order of egg rolls, vegetable mei fun, beef fried rice, sweet and sour chicken and shrimp fried rice was so good! So much food! (Small servings ordered) Accuracy of order was spot on and delivery was earlier than expected. Very reasonable prices. We were very happy eaters 😀

The food is fire. I haven't been inside, but my favorite person brought me take out shrimp and broccoli, veg lo mein, mooshu chicken, and the happiest/thickest little egg roll ever, but the pork buns... Y'all... They are big enough for me to eat one by itself for breakfast this morning and might have been slightly better heated back up the second time. Ecstatic with this place.

Best Chinese food in Syracuse!! The women who answers the phone is always nice and friendly and the food is always delicious. Fast delivery and worth every penny. This is the only place I get Chinese food from.

I've ordered from China Cafe a couple of times now and thought it was time to submit my accolades. One of the only Chinese restaurants left in downtown Syracuse since COVID took my favorite - Bamboo House. Well, China Cafe has not disappointed! Both times were for lunch, ordering their lunch combo which includes soup or eggroll. Last of the good deals for lunch at $7.45-$7.75 for lunch! You get a lot of food in the combo especially for this price. The hot and sour soup is very good with lots of fresh vegetables and tofu - and with a nice spicy kick which is what it is supposed to have. Love it! The curry chicken (first visit) and chicken w/ garlic sauce (second visit) were both excellent and very tasty. Vegetables, like the soup were plentiful and seemed fresh - not brown or wilted with a slight crunchiness (el dente) The garlic sauce was a bit different than others I've had but boy was it good. I'm very impressed with this little gem in downtown Syracuse. Will be my go to for lunch out. They only do takeout as of right now. Very friendly staff that I have dealt with and seem to always want to please and make sure your order is correct. Definitely give this place a try, you won't be disappointed.

Holy hot tamale did this food hit the spot today. We were suffering through a FIERCE hangover and had never gotten food here but needed some crispy easy saucy goodness. Man did they deliver (unlike our other favorite Chinese spot that is pick up only (who does that really?)) some ivy league ish.

The food was nice and hot and stuff that was supposed to be crispy was mad crispy. I ate it until I was uncomfortable because it tasted so good then fell asleep with my mouth open on the couch for a good couple hours.

Absolutely gonna be a returning customer
