First time being there and I thought they were right on. I had all my paperwork done and they checked everything when signing in. They called me right in for my appointment. Fixed some issues with the information that someone else did and had messed up family history. Fixed that and the Dr was right in and I explained what was going on and he checked it all out and told me what made sense to me and I understood why thing's were going on. They did a great job and was very friendly.

very short wait...great staff...professional and courteous and engaged with my case. Dr. Blackwood Stuart was great! He worked his way through the issue and set me up with the appropriate care. I have faith in this practice. Thanks again.

My son had a fistula put in by Dr. Semel and we went days before his actual follow appointment because he had are of incision swollen and red. My son ended up being admitted at Crouse was there for almost a week and when they discharged him incision was even worse than how it was when he got admitted. Today he went back to Crouse he was admitted again, no pulse in that arm and poor circulation. I keep calling his office they keep saying we’ll call you back and no answer. No call backs

Dr semmel is clueless, like I literally had to tell him my symptoms 3 times and this is my second visit and he hasn’t provided any answers/insight. I’m actually shocked my primary care provider recommended him. would even say hello or anything, he actually walked into my room recording on his device info about another patient…the. Just went on to feel my pulse and say “ok I don’t see the problem here” and Told me I need a neurologist. That’s it?? Can you explain why? I have an artery blockage and he said I should come back when I’m 50.

I have Marfan syndrome. I had already had 4 heart surgeries prior to Dr.Kahn. The first surgery he did went well. Three months later I had to have another one. 2021 I had to have more vascular work. I knew it would be a long recovery, however as a chronic illness/pain patient I knew something was wrong. Every time I would make the 2 hour drive to st.joes ER, he said this is just how life is going to be. In November, I went to upstate because I had a feeling he wasn’t telling me something. The entire vascular department was horrified at what he had done. In marfans, our connective tissue is different. He put stents that are absolutely not for marfans and a bunch of other problems. Due to his ego, I have a AAA that is inoperable. I’m 37, waiting to get approval for hospice. Besides that, his secretary forgot to hang up the phone, I then listened to her make stuff up about me and laugh for a good 20 minutes. Please, go somewhere else otherwise you might end up like me 37 years old 5 foot 10 and 105 pounds, wasting away. I lost 70 pounds in a few months due to his negligence.

My husband went into them on June 22. They knew he had an aneursym. They scheduled his surgery for july 29th. He died on June 25th. I hat these people for this! Why couldn't they do the surgery sooner?! They had the nerve to bill me for $35. When hell freezes over I'll send them a check. I had to give one star just to write something. They get 0 stars from me. They killed my husband!!

I’ve had more doctors and surgeons than I can count. Dr. Khan and his team are by far the most incompetent people I’ve ever come across. I needed surgery for Thoracic Outlet Syndrome and blockages from DVT’s. I’m 31 years old, 5’6 115lbs and have late stage Lyme along with a lot of other diseases caused by Lyme. One of them is Vasculitis and I have a problem with my right lung as a result. This is well documented in my records and I told all of them what problems it causes. I also have a severe clotting disorder which they were all made aware of and told specifically by my hematologist that the only way I could be off eliquis for two days before surgery was if they started me back on that or another blood thinner right out of surgery and continued it. They were also supposed to put me in a pressurized room because my immune system is so weak that for the last four years I’ve got an infection after every surgery I’ve had. I’ve had three ports removed from infection because of it and a fourth placed that’s likely infected now because of this surgery. While I was in the hospital post op they didn’t put me in the pressurized room, they refused to give me a blood thinner and then I got a clot the size of a quarter in my drain that would have been a PE had the drain not sucked it out of my lung. Before that my sats plummeted and I couldn’t breath because of the insane amount of morphine they were giving me. When I told them that and asked them to stop giving it to me one of Khan’s PA’s insisted I was just in so much pain (even though I kept saying I wasn’t in that much pain I was sick from the morphine) that I needed more morphine and tried to order an even higher dose that luckily the pharmacy refused to fill because it was too dangerous. At the same time my Mom asked for a blood thinner for the millionth time and explained why again and this same PA yelled at her saying I was Dr. Khan’s patient and if I got a bleed it would be on Dr. Khan. Unfortunately I could hardly talk and was so out of it that I couldn’t point out the extremely obvious which is that Khan isn’t a hematologist and if he went against my hema’s orders and I got a clot that led to a PE, stroke, aneurysm, or blockage it would be on him. The clot in my drain came after that exchange. When I was stable enough to go home days later they pulled my drain and I had a full lung collapse. My BP and heart rate tanked again, I started shaking- freezing cold, and told them I couldn’t really breath. Their response was you’re in pain and it’s really cold in here. 4 medical professionals in there- no one realized I was going into shock. Continued to get harder to breath and my abdomen and back hurt pretty bad so they decided to order an X-ray but told me I was probably fine and to try to eat something. So I got a couple bites of food down. An hour later X-ray finally came in. X-ray tech looked at it and ran out of the room. Same PA who told me I was fine and to eat came in to tell me my entire lung collapsed. They rushed me down to get a chest tube but they couldn’t sedate me because I had eaten. I felt everything when they had to cut my chest open and shove this long tube through the area where they had just taken part of my rib and cut a bunch of stuff off my muscles, veins, and nerves. They did a CT as a guide before they placed the chest tube. It showed my entire right lung was in my lower abdomen crushing all my organs, my heart was “much smaller” and I had emphysema in a vein in my neck. I was nearly dead. While the thoracic team was rushing to get the images and place the tube right there with half my body still in the CT Khan comes in and says, “No big deal you stress too much.” And walked out. Last week I went in for the infection and he sent me to a lab for a culture draw from my port. After trying 3 labs I was told by the lab tech that it’s illegal for any lab to draw from a port. Called Khan today to get a culture draw and they offered a CT instead. To diagnose infection. Stay away from these people. Danger to their patients doesn’t even begin to cover it.

Dr. Kahn is a liar. He was supposed to do a one day procedure. He failed. I am racked in pain. He does not care about his patients. The routine of evil. He should have his license revoked. He is being sued.

Waited an hour and a half for my appointment. Could not get anyone to come to the window to ask them what was going on. After changing my work schedule for the appointment, driving to the ghetto, paying for parking - they have no respect for their patients. I left. Will not go back to them. If they can't manage their office, I certainly will not let them operate on me
