Best Auto Repair shop I have ever used! In a time when customer Service is fading the owner and his staff are top notch and actually mechanics with experience and time under their belt vs quick trained techs. We had an emergency with a vehicle that is used for work and they took us in asap, took two days to look at for the needed process. Always gave us professional details of their findings and best part is they are so reasonable with cost I trust whatever they tell me and will take all my vehicles to Fetters as long as they are in business! Great service. Car broke down on the way to Chicago. Thought I was stuck at least for a night. They fixed it quickly. Can't recommend highly enough

Fetters Auto and Cycle Repair is a fantastic business. The owner really takes care of his customers and does not charge and arm and a leg like most places around this area do. He always goes above and beyond. Example: I had an appt. To get an oil change on my car on a Monday because we were leaving for vacation that night. On the way to drop my car off at the end of the day on the Friday before, my brake line went out! I called the owner and let him know what happened and he had told me that he could have it done on Tues. But then I explained that we were leaving for vacation Monday night and he promised to get that fixed by the end of the day Monday. HE DID! And it turns out he worked on it during the weekend without charging me any extra fees for the extra time he had to take. He also aired up my tires and checked the fluid levels to make sure I was good to go. We will never take our vehicles any place else!

Very knowledgeable and great at keeping you informed on the repairs throughout the repair process. My Indian has a motor that was only built for a couple years and they had the knowledge and the contacts to locate all the parts that we’re needed to repair it in a timely manner!

Fixed my tire on short notice and got me in even though they had a garage full of cars they were working on I would recommend them to anyone who likes to get things done right with fast and friendly service
