Had the pleasure of working with Ron. We had spoken earlier in the day over the phone and I could tell the shop was super busy, but he still found time for me to swing in. He looked over a car I wanted to buy and gave me honest advice. He pointed out things that looked good and things that could be improved and let me come to my own conclusions. I found his advice to be very helpful in my car buying decision. Fantastic person, will definitely be going back!

If you go in with an attitude, you’ll get the same back in some cases, especially if your a youngster who thinks he knows all. Trust me….you don’t know as much as Ron.

These guys are awesome. Fixed my brake light real quick. Honestly felt like they undercharged me, so I gave him an extra five.

Yesterday I was driving 4 hours from northern Indiana to Huber Heights, Ohio to deliver a motorhome, towing my car behind to use as a return vehicle. The rear tire on my car blew and broke the brake line.

These guys were able to get me in right away, allowed me to purchase my own less expensive tire, and fixed the brake line within a matter of hours so I was still able to make my delivery and head back that evening instead of being stuck in a hotel overnight, delaying my delivery and return trip for another day. They saved me a ton of money, time, and inconvenience in an urgent/unexpected situation. They also charged me way too little!

Thank you so much for your flexibility and willingness to help in such an inconvenient situation! This would have been almost four times the cost, forced me to miss my delivery, spend money on a hotel, and pay $40 more for the cheapest tire at the dealership down the road! I'm really grateful!

Needed my windshield sprayer fixed and they looked at it right then and there. He noticed my headlight was out as well and quickly fixed that too. I can’t boast enough how much I appreciate the quick service and fixing it on the spot!

This car shop is awesome. The mechanics are kind and provides great service. The parking is limited because it's in a neighborhood and you should call to see when your car is done, but they have always gotten to my car within the day they said they would look at/ fix it.

My wife and kids were traveling through Ohio when the family van began making horrible sounds - like it had thrown a rod or something terrible. From my office in Virginia I 'Googled' nearby auto service and Keith's had the highest customer reviews online. I now see why: The guys in the shop stopped what they were doing and took a look even though it was nearly closing time. A spark plug had stripped loose in the cylinder and exhaust was shooting out of the block (hence the LOUD noises)!
They assessed the situation and came up with a workable solution for my family without over blowing the whole ordeal. I recommend them highly for their expertise, care for customers, and honesty.

Keith's Service Center was one of the few mechanics that had immediate availability to repair my vehicle. And thankfully, once they looked at my car, they determined it was a much less expensive problem than what had been previously diagnosed by someone else.

Can't say enough about the service and the friendliness of Keith's. Excellent work and timely service of work done. Definitely recommend to anyone needing work done to their vehicle.
