It's been a couple weeks since my car has had service at DH. With that said I haven't been back since Thank you Mike and team for fixing all this issues with my family vehicle GMC the family is back on the Rd safely because of The DH Team. Took my GMC in due to some issues we were having i was told upfront on how busy the shop was with existing customers vehicles it could be a week tops due to all the issues with your GMC having but that didn't stop Mike he was up to the challenge. DH had our vehicle a couple weeks due to all the issues we were having and how very busy DH was. Now I understand why so busy they do amazing work the whole community and surrounding areas floods DH with vehicles to fix. If any upcoming issues with your vehicle they contact you immediately before proceeding. Fair prices, amazing work, awesome customer service what else can you ask for in a mechanic shop. I was halfway home on a several hour trip when my car started making awful noises. I came here on the recommendation of the O'Reilly technicians and was so glad. They slotted me in at 4pm and looked at my car immediately, diagnosed the issue and fixed it very inexpensively. They were so kind and clear during a very stressful situation for me and I would highly recommend them.

Honest reputable fair price ….if I still lived in western Ohio I would only get my vehicles worked on by Mike and Ted.

These guys were excellent finding a problem that the dealership could not find all my wife's car. Fix it and everything is great. And at a very reasonable cost.

We're from Virginia but we are in St. Marys visiting family and our car started to sound louder than normal. He diagnosed the issue and said it would be safe to drive for a while longer, but I asked them to go ahead and fix it and he squeezed us into the schedule for the next day even though they were busy.

Needing car repair while out of state is unsettling but they were kind, honest, and did a great job. I chose DH because of the other Google reviews and I'm glad I did. And as a bonus, the cost was $80 less than he estimated. I'll go back here if we have car trouble again while in town.
