i just bought my 4th Crosstrek a few months back. The trade in value was great!! Was able to pay 1/2 down on a 2024. Have never had any repairs with any of my past vehicles. Satisfied customer x4 😄

I have had all good experiences with service here. I came last time with a coupon for the wrong dealership (I didn't pay attention) and they still accepted it, which was awesome. Service is also always pretty quick.

Fast service and reliable -- I never felt talked down to nor told to replace things that didn't need replacing. Everyone is very kind and helpful.

Service is great! For bigger maintenance jobs, I can schedule and wait in a nice waiting area with coffee, snacks and wifi. Routine oil change/tire rotations done without appt and they're fast. The staff is always polite and pleasant. The receipts are detailed explaining what they fixed and why. It makes it easy to maintain my car.

Byers has a new express service and it was amazing. Previously I have waited for hours!!!! With the new express service I was out in less than 30 minutes. The technician, Grayson? Was efficient polite and a pleasure to work with

Byers Subaru in Dublin is a great place to buy your next Subaru from. They are Friendly and very knowledgeable!
No HIGH pressure sales tactics. They ask what you are looking for, like Model and ask what options you would like.
They give you your time to decide, not tell you here is what we have and the options are already on this car. You can do just what I did. I sat down with my Sales rep and ordered the color I wanted, the interior I wanted, wheels I wanted, sunroof, Mats, and so he NEVER tried to sway me to anything different. They also gave me a wonderful amount on my trade. This is exactly why I am stating this facts to you. They were not the first place I had been. Believe THEY were the BEST! That is just the beginning.
There Service Dept. is the { Cats Meow} Their Service Department get your car in and out quickly. Plus they make sure to do not leave a mess on or in your vehicle.
Be sure when you go in that Tank sent you!

The service department at this Subaru dealer is just outstanding. My dad passed away, and he had dementia, so I didn’t know the history of service on his 2018 Impreza. The staff helped me out with such compassion, it made me cry. People at companies don’t care like that anymore. The car is safe and in top condition, and they even made sure work was done early so I could get back for a work meeting. The service is top notch at this location.

The nicest people work at Byers. I love the express service which allows me to get an oil change and tire rotation without an appointment. All Subarus, wherever you buy them, are the same. It’s the service after the sale that makes the difference. Byers is the best. I highly recommend them.

I needed my backup camera fixed and made an appointment. On the way to drop the car off, the engine light came on and the car started to shake. I had the car towed to Byers. They fixed everything! They are just the best - friendly, knowledgeable, capable, quick and they keep the customer in the loop and are accessible from the first to the last. VERY dog friendly which also makes me feel like I made the right choice!

Stopped in to have routine maintenance (oil change, tire rotation, etc). Got in right away and were out in less than 40 minutes. Free coffee and a snack on top of that. Highly recommend.

Outstanding customer service from the moment I was greeted. The rep explained everything, listened to my concerns and escorted me to a seat. I am on a walker or cane. He kept close communication and when the car was finished went over detail with me. Best service I have ever had.

Everything was perfect. Waiting area was comfortable and clean. The entire time waiting was less than 30 minutes.

Going to Byers for our Subaru repairs and oil changes from now on. We just moved here and had bad experiences at Valvoline and Firestone. Will only go to Byers moving forward.
