The lady named Karen was kind and efficient. I went before it opened on a Thursday and stood outside about 15 minutes prior. Only 3 people in line.

Be prepared to wait for a while. When I arrived I had about a 35 minute wait there were about 20 people ahead of me. The staff seemed to be very efficient and friendly. They handled everyone in a very friendly manner and answered all the questions asked of them

The ladies at the front desk were very accommodating and sweet and the tester was very kind

By far the best experience I've ever had at a BMV. We waited only a few minutes and were helped by two very kind and friendly people. I did not get the first lady's name, the second one was Teresa. My Mom is 92 and they were so patient with her. She needed a state ID and we also transferred a car title. I was so relieved to have such a pleasant and fast experience. I would definitely go to this location again!

I went to have a title switched over. It was a very fast process. The ladies were all nice. It's also nice cause it's right next door to the bmv so you got everything you need in one place.

Everyone I encountered were pleasant, and explained all that was needed to complete my business. Jessica helped me directly and was patient as I had some questions on how to complete my paperwork Heather was talking to, and helping the people in the waiting area to get them ready and explained what items they needed and provided them with the forms to fill out prior to their turn at the window. I have never seen a BMV as prepared and professional as this location.

Went in early morning, Missy waited on me she was very friendly and professional, I did not have any problems at all. The whole process was very good

4.95/5 - the online wait system is a bit misleading; it will say 0 mins or 11 mins and you show up with the lobby full. However, that doesn't detract from the service. I've been here a few times trying to get all my vehicles transferred over and they have been very helpful in the process.

I used the online check in and didn't even wait 5 minutes when I got there. However, it also wasn't jam packed like it could have been. The woman who helped me ( I think Missy) had just been yelled at by the woman before me because the woman didn't bring what was needed. Yet she was warm and helpful to me. I can't imagine how much stress they are under if people feel free to yell at them in front of a room of people.

Got an appointment time! Great idea. Wish they had organized This idea before ad opposed to interminable waits standing on my feet for close to an hour.
Service was fast, organized, friendly and straight to the point.
If anyone has a problem with this current organization, it is NOT with the bureau. It must be with laws these clerks have no control over.

Was greated in a friendly and positive attitude. All employee's there (4) worked fast. Was in and out in less than 20 minutes. Renewed license and tags. Thanks 😊 Ladies.

Got in line online to renew driver's licenses, about 20 minute wait once we got there, excellent customer service by Myaa! She took my husband and me together and was very patient with us! All the other women working there were also treating their customers politely. We were out the door about 25 minutes after Maya started helping us. A pleasant experience at the BMV, wow!

We got a passport for our 16 month old and it was so quick! There was no line, we walked right up on a Saturday. Staff was friendly!

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We were in and out relatively quickly. Make sure you read the website so you know what to bring. If you're regarding an out of state vehicle all vehicles must be present so they can do an inspection.

Most people don't like going to BMV because of long wait. This location was very organized and efficient. Didn't have to wait very long. Excellent customer service.

Extremely knowledgeable staff. Like most licensed bureaus the women working there don't play around. They're firm and to the point. If you've got all your documents in order they get you in and out rather quickly. If you're missing a few and/or just dont have the right stuff they'll get you headed in the right direction to get you taken care of. No complaints here, thanks for a solid experience.

I arrived about 7:30am and was ninth in line. They started checking people in outside (making sure that you have the correct documents), texted a number, called your number when it was your turn. I was done about 8:45am. Very efficient and polite!!
