First time visiting. Store is in a nice strip mall in a very nice retail area. The store is about average size for a Hallmark store, with a wide variety of items. Wife and I were the only ones in there at that time (early on Wednesday afternoon), and the female employee was friendly but not pushy. Worth returning to!

I love this store! I was looking for Christmas cards for my grandson's ages for 4, 4, 2 and 2. I couldn't find any so someone in the back for me to ask a girl up front and she'd be able to help me. Her name is Sarah G. She went through the cards that were in the drawer and found several cards for me. She was extremely patient and very helpful. Whenever I need a card, I always go to this Hallmark Shop.

I buy a Hallmark ornament every year for my tree. I came here after two other stores were sold out of the one I wanted. They had it! Such a nice store and staff! Will definitely be returning.

My 14 month old grand daughter lost her Tigger from the itty bitty line. She has slept with him since she was born, so a replacement was needed. I started calling Hallmark stores but no one had a Tigger. Morgan, at Reichley's told me they had been discontinued, but she would try to find me one and call me back. She called a little she later after finding me two in South Carolina and making arrangements for them to be shipped to my home. (the second Tigger is a back up) I am impressed with the kindness and determination of Morgan to help me. What great customer service!

One of the BEST Hallmark stores I have been in. They have a lot to choose from in addition to cards!
