Kroger

Kroger is a great place to shop. Although a tad bit pricy with the effects of inflation, I love this place. Still a little dirty though... I lick the floors to test the sanitation, but I get a cold everytime. Oh well, still gets 5 stars from me.

Love shopping here. Fairly easy to get in and out quickly. And the staff is always very friendly.

I absolutely loved the fresh meat department especially Lonnie the guy that helped me! The fact I told him I’m a beginner-cook He prepped my fish for me and made some suggestions for other items. It was a GREAT EXPERIENCE

The 20 min drive is worth it!

Made a late call in the day on a Saturday. I called around 3:30 pm, asking if Kroger's' deli if they could have an order of 100 pieces of chicken ready for dinner for our church. They were amazing and had the order ready when I got there at 6:30 pm. Praise God.
Yes, Kroger's & their employees rock. Kroger's tries really hard to help people and accommodate orders. It was our first Saturday night service and praise since I've been attending. The chicken was great and a big hit for church members. Their was enough to bless members to take home for themselves and for loved ones.

I had the best experience with a new employee. His name is Michael and he greeted me and offered me help as I entered the store I was lucky enough to have him as my bag boy where he helped me unload the cart and then helped me to my car. He was so polite and had such an amazing personality that I wanted to tip him for going above what was expected. He politley refused but I feel he should get some acknowledgement for the service he provided.

Store is great. Clicklist is great. Only downside is that it's typically super busy and, they don't substitute being OOS on kroger brand pepperoni. Not sure why. I've tried to order it through click list several times and it's always out of stock, not substituted.

Lovely manager on duty (De) New employee Brad has a good heart and is trying hard to please customers and do what is in their best interest in meat and fish. All alone. Gracious to the maxx. Even when fuss budgets like me show up

I'm happy!

They are very well organized. Very friendly and patient with any question you have. When you first pull up , there's a sign tell you to call this number. They do the rest! Just sit and relax!

I was in line and there was this really young kid I think his name was Chris or Christian but he said he was 14 and he was so fast and helpful. One of the best baggers I had in a while he spoke to me and we had a really good conversation he is a good young man

My hometown Kroger. Great people with a welcoming family feel.
They are always updating to accommodate our community needs. I have found vegetables VERY fresh and always great prices and sales on seasonal items. I won't buy meat from ANY where else.

Big thank you to JAKE in the Pharmacy. He took his time twice now to search for a good price on 2 prescriptions, and also showed me how to save money with the Kroger Rx Savings Club! Thanks, Jake!

Had an amazing experience with Leo in the meat department. I'm making beef wellingtons for dinner and he knew exactly what I needed. He cut 4 perfectly sized filet mignons and even saved me beef trimmings to make a sauce. He's very knowledgeable and I'm happy I can ask for his personal tips for meat and fish. Thank you Leo!!!

SERIOUSLY THE BEST KROGERS IN THE WORLD. The salad bar is always stocked and the store is always clean and clutter free. Someone is always walking around and willing to help you. Just excellent!

Good place to shop. Really appreciate the motorized carts! I quit going to meijers due to the fact they don't have them to help customers shop easily. And I think krogers has best fruits and veggies

Stock is usually in good order, store is clean, and employees are friendly. They try to keep up with crowds when possible by opening registers. Management seems to be on top of things.

Five stars for Jennifer in the floral department. She did an excellent job on my wedding flowers. The price was amazing and the bouquets looked fabulous!

I'd give it six stars if I could. Mike the cashier is very helpful and friendly. He's always glad to be at work and working hard. Wish everyone could take a page from Mike's book.

I love shopping at any Kroger's stores as long as they keep on having sells on their food and all I will keep on coming back and long as the employees their stance are always friendly and willing to help out that's what keeps the customer coming back and happy

The store employees were visible as well as the managers walking around assisting people the store was clean it's in the safe location this is my favorite Kroger in this area I'd rather go here than the marketplace in West Chester.
