Me and my sister was renting a place that they had brought. We were given until August 31 to return the keys but they filed an eviction against us. We return the keys that wednesday and was told that the eciction would be dropped. It never was. We tried to get ahold of the office and nobody returned our calls. They pretty much screw people over.

We had 2 properties managed by them. They haven't paid us the rent for the last 6 months they need to pay us more than $6K. Every time I asked about the payment they say we will pay but that never happens. They should not be allowed to be in any business. I asked a help with the attorney

For anyone thinking about working for this company, take heed to the following:
I’m going to speak about my experience working there, from an employee (former recruiter) point of view.
Let me start off by saying that the Broker is a nice person. He has a great heart. He means well (or at least seems to). But, it appears that he has no idea on how to run a business. There were CONSTANT issues with the paychecks. Every week, it’s something new...payroll issues, more taxes taken out than normal, taxes NOT being taken out, etc. And it seems that you can never get a straight answer out of him when it comes to the money you’ve worked for. I’ve heard (on a few occasions), where he’s scrambling trying to find the money to pay people ON PAYDAY (borrowing money, running to various banks for loans, etc). I thought payroll was to be handled at least 3-4 days PRIOR to payday so that everything goes through smoothly? Maybe I’m wrong.
He treats employees like they’re expendable. In today’s world, it’s hard to find genuine enployees that WANT to work, and actually enjoy their jobs. He HAD an office full of them. I can speak for myself when I say that I really put forth my best effort to be there and devote myself to growing the brokerage. He says “some people just don’t want to work”...I’d drive almost 2 hours round trip 6 days a week to work. Ready to schedule, meet, and sign up people looking to start in real estate. I really loved the job. How am I rewarded? By constant changes to the pay structure. Promises of being paid, to string me along so I continue to work.
I’m not one to complain or draw attention, so I just kept quiet, and kept working with the tools I was provided. I was verbally promised a bonus for recruiting in August (I started at the brokerage in March). It never came. By the time October hit, and I REALLY needed the money, it still never came. The recruiters would have weekly meetings, and NOT ONCE would he speak on our pay and why it was incorrect, or late. Communication is LACKING severely. He doesn’t return texts, calls, etc when it comes to people’s pay. One thing you don’t do in business, is screw with your employees’ money. Especially people who aren’t fortunate to have extra money laying around, and need to plan out their checks accordingly.
He lost a very strong recruiter and trainer (who shall remain nameless). This person would work 7 days a week 13-14 hours a day. Building training programs for new realtors, as well as recruiting potential realtors from recruiting websites. This person is honestly one of the hardest workers I know. They got fed up with the money situation (not being paid bonuses and commissions), and office environment (that’s a whole nother story), and left. His response? The office will be better off without [them], people here didn’t like [them] much anyway”. This person came in, worked, and kept to themselves. A definite asset to the brokerage. And they were allowed to leave without a care in the world. It honestly blew my mind.
The straw that broke the camel’s back for me, is that NO ONE has gotten paid for the entire month of October. Every time I’ve asked about it, I’m told he’s waiting for the funds to become available. He owes A LOT of people a lot of money. I was forced to pull money out of my HSA to cover my rent October!
Unless there are some MAJOR changes made about how he conducts business, I don’t know how he’s going to pull himself out of this. And it’s sad, because this brokerage really had a ton of potential with the people he had working for him.
I’ll end with this. For anyone looking to work for this company. Get things in WRITING. Stay on top of him with the things he promises. Bug him if you have to. Because when it comes to helping you progress as an employee or realtor, HE WONT HELP YOU unless it DIRECTLY helps him in some way.
Tread carefully.

I had a very similar experience, worked for this company for a MONTH without a pay check. And never did get paid for all the hours I worked. Thank goodness I had a second job or I never would have made it. Sad to see what seemed to be a promising company not doing well, but definitely glad I wasn't there for long.

Don't call this place if you have an urgency to move because they do not return calls and they are very unprofessional! Turning in my application fee in March was a mistake!!!Then they have a dumb was loud obnoxious female Natalie in the office who will tell at you about things her ignorant self obviously knows NOTHING about. DO NOT TURN IN AN APPLICATION FEE IT'S BEEN 5 MONTHS AND ALL I'M GETTING IS AN IGNORANT CHICKS ATTITUDE!!!

Their property management is very unprofessional. Their contact information is impossible to track down, they don't return calls or emails, and don't pay proceeds to their owners. I'm terminating my business relationship with them and still waiting for 3 months of rent proceeds. Avoid at all costs.
