Target

I had to return a tricycle because it was too small for my granddaughter. I returned it on a Saturday afternoon. There was only one customer in front of me. I was helped very quickly. The return money was placed back on my account with no problem. The customer service worker was very nice and helpful.

This store had what I needed and more that I didn't expect them to have that I wanted, plus I was only able to go there because they extended their hours for Christmas. And the prices were great. Very Happy

Target is a very quick shop-stop
You're bound to find any and almost anything. The frequent spent and receiving gift cards is a perk within itself. Target Circle app is convenient when wanting to catch a deal or too with saving.

We love Target in general, but this store is far and away our favorite one to shop in. The people are friendly, the aisles are wider than most other stores of this kind, the store is always clean, customer service is among the best, and we rarely have to wait in line to check out because they typically have enough cashiers to get everyone checked out quickly. Of the Columbus area stores, the Reynoldsburg Target is our favorite because of the aforementioned reasons and more.

My son found some birthday money from years ago and it was burning a hole in his pocket. He wanted the new NHL game. We'd gone to a few different places and found it here.

2 minutes later an employee came to my car and I showed her the unique number to my order on my phone. And I get my order. Quick and accurate order

Tim the General Manager is amazing. He went through with the excellent customer service to help me out!

Staff was SUPER helpful and friendly. We didn’t realize the time and accidentally checked out 10 minutes before the store closed. As we were checking out due to the store being just closed the self check out glitched when we went to pay and crashed. One of the cashiers Michael was extremely kind and knowledgeable about the system and took the time to re check out our mass amount of items. Despite our apologies about being so late and our offering to leave out some items that were a hassle, he was kindly insistent about making sure we got the best prices and earned deals. Thank you Michael and thank you Target!!

I had purchased two identical items in different sizes so my daughter could try on at home (because we had limited time to visit and try on in store). The return of the larger size was simple and efficient this afternoon. I was greeted and waited on immediately, and out the door in well under 5 minutes. Appreciate the efficiency as well as service!

This Target location is conveniently located near my home and I love stopping in. I usually find what I’m looking for. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I stopped in to make a return the clerk made the process extremely easy.

Store is clean, shelves are rarely empty(Beauty section is great), parking is ample and lot is clean. Plus the employees are nicer than not, can't ask for more. Also checkout is rarley slow

I'm always a big fan of Target and the guest service was great this last time I went and had to return some items. You can tell how much better they are to their workers compared to other stores, this is coming from an old employee of Target as well!

A cashier Stephanie, one of the managers, and Joseph were so helpful when I had a full cart and a sleeping baby. Stephanie unloaded my cart to check out, loaded my cart back up, then requested the managers assistance to find someone to help me get to my car and unload my cart. Joseph was so kind and took my cart to the car and unloaded my cart with a big smile on his face. So grateful for their help!!!!

Shaun in tech was very helpful! Went out of his way to find what we needed and checked multiple locations until he found what we asked for. Very polite and well mannered. Very great experience, thanks Shaun!
