Grand Lake St. Marys State Park Campground

We had a wonderful stay at the Grand Lake St. Marys State Park Campgrounds. We got on line reservations and had a great site right on the water. The campgrounds and facilities were well kept and clean. The site was a level paved pull thru site with electric hook ups, a fire ring and picnic table. The campgrounds are pretty much open but were quiet and they had a pet park, playgrounds, picnic shelters, and docks for guest use. We had a nice relaxing stay.

This is a very nice campground. We enjoyed our stay here. Would definitely go back. I wish the lake was swim worthy but it's full of algae.

We stayed at the cabins and had a great time! The cabins overlook the lake and have nice front porches. Cabins are in good condition, basic but nicer than I expected.

The pool and splash pad are great, the playgrounds average but good. We enjoyed the putt-putt course! Very minimal but a fun extra thing to do

Great Campground. They have added a pool and a splash pad which was really needed! Unfortunately you can not swim in the lake. So the pool in extremely appreciated! Staff does a great job of maintenance. Camp hosts are very friendly. Really enjoyed my week here. Plenty to do with the family.

Went off season so it was not at all crowded. Very well maintained.

One of best campgrounds I know, many things to do, just don't swim in the lake for now. Pool and splash pad recently added. Plenty of fun activities and events for the whole family. Nature center has also been recently redone. Many great improvements that are being done.

We have been coming here for 12+ years and love it so much. I came here as a child also. Nice place to sit back and relax. Super clean bathrooms and shower houses. There is a nice pool to swim in. Normally there is a nice Naturalist program and Saturday night movies with popcorn. We seriously compare other campgrounds to this campground. There is some nice bike paths close by that you need to drive with your bikes to on the south side of the lake. Bring your fishing poles because this lake is known for fishing. Lots of boats are back on the lake. This state park has amazing wifi. My husband and sister in law were able to work from their campers today remotely.

Great park and lots to do when you're camping. The park has a pool in the summer, a fishing pond, good shaded sites, playgrounds, large checker board, volleyball ball, tether ball and plenty of bathrooms. The park does have a shower house and laundry as well.

Very nice park. I like security at the entrance. Good location, well maintained. I wish they would extend some of the shorter sites. RVs are longer now than when the sites were built.

Such a wonderful place for the whole family, amazing fishing spots, great boating, perfect camping locations and even a splash pad and an in ground swimming pool. This place even has mini putt golf! If you desire it this place has it!

A lovely grassy park along the lake. Great amenities, with playgrounds, swimming pool,fishing, boating etc. Nice paved pad for RVS with picnic table and fire ring on grass. Totally enjoyed.

Beautiful. We love to hike and this lake had plenty of walking areas. Fishing, boating, biking, walking your dogs.

Camped the weekend of 10/22/22, great state park with plenty of things to do. Sites are on a slope but like the leveling challenge. They just added a new wifi system all over the park that worked great no matter how many people were on it. Very nice park and will be returning. One negative point, there should be some kind of control on excessive barking dogs. If you can't keep them quiet leave them home, no one likes a noisy barking dog all day long.

Great place to camp or use a cabin camper. Small court swimming pool close to small towns St. Mary's and Celina. Very relaxing place with lots of things to do. Go there about twice a year

This was a super fun State Park, the beach was cool, and strangely shallow. The one near our cabins was only about two feet deep fifty feet out into it. There is a fun swimming pool, though they didn't have enough lifeguards to open the slide up.
