Great location and super helpful in getting me a new phone. Walked in from the moment it opened and Amine was ready to help me with whatever I needed. With a bit of patience on both our parts, we were able to find the phone I needed to upgrade to and I'm now leaving with a beautiful and perfectly set up Galaxy Note10+! I love it already and I truly appreciate him working so hard to help me out. Truly a great experience. And special thanks to Hunter for getting the phone for me from another location!

By far the easiest and most fun time ever getting a phone. Sean helped me choose the best fit for me and helped me fix my daughters ipad. The guys working in the store were hilarious and I couldn’t stop laughing the entire time. Excellent experience.. will go there now every time I have an issue now.

Came in not thinking I was getting a phone; however he was so knowledgeable and talked to me about the different deals going on that I got a new Apple phone! He was great! I had a great experience at this Verizon location! My iPhone 8 plus just shut down on me , and Amine Rahmoun took great care of me and the situation! Went in today to switch over a phone on the account. Ended up not being able to switch my other phone to my Verizon but I needed up still happy and even ended u adding a new device with Seano. He was very helpful and very friendly. I would come back and buy anything he sells :)

Getting a new phone can be so difficult, but this was a painless process because the store is run so well by such kind and well trained staff members. I also was introduced to the glory of Cane's chicken fingers because the other employee in the store was nice enough to give me a bite-- shout out to Cyrus for being the real MVP. Honestly, this might be the best customer service experience I've ever had in my life! The General Manager Amine Rahmoun was working when I went in due to a completely damaged iphone - and he helped me out more than I could've ever asked for, and in the most efficient way. He helped me with new phone options, pricing, discounts, and was SO nice the entire time. There were many people that came in while I was there and he took care of everyone else fairly while still attending to me and my problems! Usually I dread going into tech stores because it seems like everyone's always too busy to take care of you, but I never felt like that once at this store - I actually had FUN. Amine went above and beyond regular costumer service, and he truly made me feel like family!

Amine!!! omg you were amazing I appreciate how assertive you were to the problem and did all that you could to help me. Not only was it quick but he knew so much and gave me different options to fox my problem with my phone. 10/10 will be coming here again any time my phone is messed up.

My phone was shattered and, needless to say, I l was very upset. As soon as I entered the store, Ashley Honore was extremely helpful and kind throughout the whole process. She made the transition over to a new phone very easy and was able to answer all my questions thoroughly. Although I would have rather not shattered my phone, I am very happy Ashley was working.
