Changed Owners and new Owner is really nice

I've been going to camps for along time so in others reviews they mention rude female "s" well lyk there no longer there... business was sold to or somehow got new owners those new owners didn't even last a year and now there's a asian owner and he's hella rude y'all and they overprice and then overcharge

Rented a Uhaul last week and rented a dolly. Employee said there was a dolly in the truck, I go look, not in there. She then offers to refund us for the dolly and give us a 10% discount for their mistake. Never received a refund for the dolly or the discount. And today, I found out Uhaul tried to charge me $400 because the employees at this carryout never checked in that we had returned the Uhaul, when we did dropped it off 2 hours early. Go literally anywhere else to get a Uhaul. And the lady was rude as hell and on her phone the entire time.

Rented a U-Haul from here in late July. Guy who works here decided to give it to someone else during my reservation time because I was late. Contract in the email said I could show up at any time during my reservation time as long as it was retuned on time. Guy who works here never even bothered to call me to ask if I was coming and offered no assistance in helping me to get another U-HAUL. Rent from somewhere else!!
