I called and Stormie answered she was very friendly and helpful treated me with respect i’m also very satisfied with the car she was able to get me. They also dropped the car off at my work since i worked the next 3 days so I wouldn’t have been able to pick it up until that Tuesday but she made sure I had it the next day! amazing service you definitely have a happy customer.

I must say haven't had good luck here before. Last resort before leaving for Florida, my brakes on my edge went out again. This vehicle has been to reineke multiple times. Last year in Florida Essex ford. I tried to explain the problem, and they changed everything else. But I must say after explaining what I thought was the problem, Kerns service people listened to me. It all was with anti lock brake system. Parts are all on backorder. They found the part and sent someone to get it. Got my vehicle back to me. I am very impressed with what they did for me. Thank you all, so much.

Great service department

I saw an ad on marketplace for a vehicle being sold at this dealership. I specifically asked the salesman if the vehicle had any rust or corrosion problems and he said it was really clean and he had not noticed any rust on the vehicle. I even had him send pictures of the common problem areas and they did look good. But once I got there I noticed immediately that there was a 6" round spot of corrosion and missing paint on the front of the hood. I was amazed and had to refer back to the pictures in disbelief that I had missed such obvious damage and it was obvious that they took no pictures of the front of the vehicle to hide it. The only thing that made the experience tolerable is that it was close by and we were already doing errands in the area.

Bought a 2020 ford ecosport from there almost a month ago, haven’t even been able put 200 miles on it yet. Plus the day anfter I bought it, I had to replace the headlight which is 25. After 2 and a half days of having it, it was stuck in reverse. Resulting in me getting pointed at work because it made me late. Towing bill was 160. The car was just under $14k and thank god I bought the $3k warranty because the repair man is charging $1,430 to fix a car I had literally just bought. Edit: the warranty does not cover all of the labor plus I have the $100 deductible so at this point I will be getting in contact with a lawyer to sue. On top of that, getting the warranty to actually cover what they’re supposed to has been a total pain. Highly recommend this place if you would like to waste your time, money, and happiness.

Just purchased a truck from them and after getting it noticed alot of sway in the truck took it to 4 different mechanic shops all gm certified and all told me the same ball joints shocks struits
Let them know and they offered me 300 goodwill check had an warranty but was told that did not cover any of the issues it has. Traded in a dodge ram 1500 eco diesel .wow all i have to say always was told to give people a second chance never again very disappointed.

I found out 5 months after buying that the vehicle they sold me had been in an accident. It's not like I didn't ask them about the vehicle history. I was assured that they don't sell vehicles with "a history".

If I could give it no stars I would they sold me A vehicle last August told me it had a clean accident history went to trade it in yesterday and the dealership I was buying my new car off of informed me that it had structural damage a year before I bought it it’s my fault I didn’t check the Carfax and I trusted a total stranger to be trustworthy it was the owners son who sold me the car by the way now I was upside down in that car for over $7000 I recommend no one ever buy a car from this company and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau
