La Petite Academy of Dublin

I can’t say enough about this daycare! From the first time I met Kim Briggs she was so kind, caring, and helpful. She is so good with kids. Her positive attitude and encouragement is so helpful for my son. She is so understanding and passionate. I am so thankful I found this daycare. I have also had the pleasure to get to know Ms. Alicia and Ms. Susie. When I pick up my son he runs to give them hugs goodbye. The staff is so personable and kind.

My kids attended this daycare for over a year and we absolutely loved it. The staff genuinely cares about the kids and it was a relief as a parent to know they were being taken care of. They have an awesome summer program too! My kids were always excited to go and that alone says so much. 10/10 would recommend. I am so sad that we left, but unfortunately we moved. On my children’s last day, one of their teachers came in on their day off to give them each a little gift. It was so incredibly sweet.

I would strongly advise against using this day care facility.
The staff's communication with me was poor, and they showed a lack of understanding of how to properly care for children.
During my child's stay, the staff called to inform me that my child was "not cooperating" when it came to sleeping. They blamed my child for their inability to do things well.

They called us in middle of an office meeting and said “she needs to be picked up”. What kind of language is this!

Furthermore, I was under the impression that the staff at the day care facility would be responsible for keeping my child entertained and occupied.
However, they seemed to be struggling with this task, given that my child was deemed "not cooperative" due to her difficulty sleeping. It is the responsibility of a day care facility to have appropriate activities and supervision in place to keep children engaged and entertained, not to simply label them as "uncooperative".

They were standing in the lobby with my child with not so good expressions. This was awful. I feel I made a huge mistake keeping my child with them.

To make matters worse, the facility did not ensure that my child was properly dressed for the cold weather, her jacket was lying on her bag that was kept on the floor. which is a clear breach of their responsibility to ensure the safety and comfort of the children in their care. My child's belongings were also left lying on the floor, which shows a lack of respect and care for their property.

Overall, I was highly disappointed with the quality of care provided by this day care facility. I do not recommend them to any parents seeking reliable, compassionate child care services.
