Aerie Store

love shopping at aerie at polaris! my mom and i went in for the first time recently (i already loved american eagle and i knew i had to go to a physical aerie store) and the staff we talked to was amazing! shoutout to the head manager that helped us, she was awesome!

It was great! There was a sale. I found things that I've been needing and then some! Jess was EXTREMELY helpful and knowledgeable and was able to find the sizes I needed.

Arie was have a 40% off sale when I went in to return items and the cashier never bothered me about buying anything and was super friendly aside madr a fast and easy return.

Simple and high quality underwear for women; my girlfriend loves this place.

I had a exchange & the associate at the store was very helpful & sweet

My go to store for bras

Went here with my wife because she liked her old set of bras. The staff is helpful and takes the time to assist we’re possible.
For a guy it’s pretty much like being a unicorn because there are only woman of course.

But non the less store is clean and organized.
And like mentioned before, eve if you can’t directly find what you need, staff will help you if they can.

Dakota hates her job and you can tell. The underwear I picked out are great, but the customer service is abysmal. There was another girl on the sales floor that was sweet and checked on me. I wish she had been the one to check me out.

I only gave this store 2 stars because their products are generally good and affordable. However, the customer service I received was awful. I had never been to Aerie, so I had no idea where to begin. There were at least 3 sales associates on the floor and not one of them offered to measure me or help me find things. They just walked around the store lazily with grouchy looks on their faces. I was in and out of the dressing room 3 times trying to find the correct size and fit. The sales ladies just watched and never offered assistance. I am thoroughly disappointed and will not be shopping at this location again.

Was looking for a new bra, went in and tried one. Decided I needed a different band and the associate said they didn't carry that size even online. Lo and behold I looked online and they do carry that size...

Terrible customer service. I will not be shopping at this location again.
