My car broke down while I was driving through Mentor on Sunday evening and I still had 5 hours left on my drive to get home. Bob was so helpful through the whole process of getting my car fixed, even calling to check on me 30 minutes after closing to make sure I got into a hotel okay since he knew I was out of town in an unfamiliar place by myself. I was able to bring my car back Monday morning and they got me straight in and fixed it up for a very reasonable price. I couldn't have broken down in a better place, apparently. They could've taken advantage of me, knowing I didn't have any choice, but instead they were friendly and helpful and caring. I 100% recommend this place, and if I lived anywhere near the area I would be returning as a regular customer.

Andrew was extremely helpful to me. I went for an oil change and tire rotation and he let me know some other things that I should get fixed. He was able to do it all and not have me have to make another appointment. He used coupons available to help me save as much as possible which I greatly appreciated. I really appreciate the professionalism and honesty that Nate and the rest of the workers exuded. I thought I was going to need a moderately expensive repair completed. Though Nate asked that an inspection be completed before committing to the work. After an hour, Nate and his team informed us that our vehicle only needed some maintenance after our cross country road trip. Due to Nate's honesty, we will definitely return next time work/maintenance is needed. Thank you all

This specific location went above and beyond when my car broke down while out of town. The manager knows what customer service means! My transmission went out while visiting family and they went above and beyond providing me the correct information even though they could not provide the repair. Will absolutely return in future.

New location, good service and moderately priced. Make sure to check online for coupons. Waiting area could be improved with a little street facing bar for people with laptops to work on. Waiting area is a bit noisy due to the hvac system.

Had an oil change, wheel balance and alignment done in an hour, under $150.

Everything was fine; however, I feel that a photo of the damage to my car (rodent infestation) was warranted so that I could have seen it for myself. Appreciated being able to get me in and out the same day!

Update, after Nate the manager got a hold of me, he couldn't be anymore helpful. I have dealt with him in the past and didn't know that he was still there or I would have asked for him from the beginning. He's always been friendly and courteous. Thank you

The oil change requested was done in time and all the staffs were very cooperative.

Aligned my truck that has custom suspension parts. They did the work when other shops said they couldn't. Highly recommend!

Amazing all around! My boyfriend got kind of screwed on a new car he bought and the Firestone staff took care of everything wrong for us! I personally want to thank Nate, the manager (i believe), he was very friendly and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff was just as amazing. I recently just bought a lemon car and was struggling to find someone who would just listen, Bob is the most generous, kind-hearted person I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. He not only helped me calm down and destress over the situation but helped me learn that every morning is a great morning. He even went out of his way to check up on me and my lovely car and helped me move on to the next step with fixing her. If you want services that are for the people, firestone is the number 1 place that everyone in the car community should go to!

I can't say enough about the service I received at Firestone. Breaking down on the interstate with two blown tires I called Nate with about 2 hours before closing he said to have the car towed he would take car of me. He sure did take car of me. After numerous calls he quickly took care of each of my requests. One call I asked if he still had the boxes so I could return the rims he went into the dumpster to retrieve them. Because of Nates great customer service I will be buying my next tires from him and i live 80 miles away. Great job Nate
