You won't believe it! They squeezed me in for an oil change today. Even better, the price was fantastic. And to top it all off, the service was super friendly - they made the whole experience a breeze!

I've taken multiple cars to Vehicles Unlimited over the years. Joe and Tony have always provided excellent service at (and more typically, below) what research told me the work shoild cost and I've never left their shop feeling like I'd been oversold unnecessary work.

My recent car service experience at VEHICLES UNLIMITED was outstanding. First, I was able to set an appointment that fit my schedule. Next, on appointment day the customer service was pleasant and the work was done as expected.

Upon arrival, Tony greeted me with a smile and that smile was a perfect start to my day. He asked me several questions to determine which service(s) were necessary, recommended high services were needed and why and quoted a fair price.

In the end, the service was completed when promised ——on-time —— and for a great price !!

I was very pleased with the oil change service Vehicles Unlimited provided recently. We just moved to the Mentor, Ohio area and needed a facility to care for our vehicles. Ricky and Tony were extremely pleasant, and even offered me a ride back home. Another customer even offered. I did not need an appointment, the price for the service provided was very good, fair and was the work was completed in a timely fashion despite the busyness of their day. I would highly recommend Vehicles Unlimited!

We currently operate 4 box trucks at my place of business. There is plenty of auto-mechanics in Mentor to go to for maintenance and repairs. However, none have been as amazing as Vehicles Unlimited.
I have been impressed with the flexibility, quick service, and low prices on everything so far.
It can be difficult to have trucks serviced, as we use them for deliveries. Being down a truck for a long period can be difficult to say the least.
Vehicles Unlimited has made my life so much easier.. They always find time to accommodate my hectic schedule and never act like I am asking for too much in regards to scheduling repairs or oil changes.
Currently, I will not take our trucks to anyone else. Doing maintenance on 4 trucks has been and will be much much more manageable with the services provided by Vehicles Unlimited.

Joe and Tony will treat you like one of their own. They will go the extra mile every time, making sure that not only is your immediate repair/replace done, but anything else that goes wrong too. Their prices aren't just competitive, they are bottom line, and their mechanics are all knowledgeable and respectful!

Great service. Great price. Just stopped in for oil change. On a Saturday morning. No appointment.... Said it would be an hour.. Less than 30.00 for a synthetic blend and 35 minutes later I was done. They under promise. And over deliver!

Great service. I was able to get my car in and fixed the same day without an appointment. I was explained in full detail what was wrong with my car I was even shown my vehicle in the shop area where it was explained to me. Most shops do not allow that. Some business use video to show you, but it's not the same as actually being shown in person. My vehicle was fixed to my satisfaction and I would definitely recommend!

Joe and Tony treat you like family with respect and honesty! Vehicles unlimited are reasonably priced and do great honest work! I recommend them to everyone who needs auto work. They deserve more than a 5 star! They did an amazing work on my Honda and it runs better than before!

I had a great experience with them. I was referred to them from an employee at Auto Zone. I took my van there to get an ignition coil replaced and also a bad oil leak taken care of. They took care of the problem in a decent amount of time. They were even kind enough to give me a ride home when I dropped my van off. They kept me informed of everything they were doing and I should also add that they have a kind and friendly staff. I will refer them to family and friends!

Any place that has a friendly dog to greet you at the door is good to me.

The brakes on my car needed to be checked out. I was surprised when I was told I didn't need new brakes. I appreciated the honesty and I will definitely be back when i do need them 👍

This was my second time there, and I will be back for several more after this. You cannot find I'm more professional courteous staff in a vehicle repair shop. Do not hesitate to just stop in and ask questions and get your repair done efficiently , very cost-effective, and the work is always guaranteed with a professional staff

These guys got me in last minute. My family and I was traveling from Michigan to New York. We broke down and they got us back up and running when everyone else said they were too busy. I can’t be more grateful for such kind and professional people. I hope you guys know you make this world better by the love you give to the community.

They are always professional and very fair with their pricing. They will even pick your car up from your home, fix it and bring it back at no extra charge! Great customer service!

The guys at Vehicles Unlimited have been doing a great job on both of my cars for over 6 years, including oil changes, brakes, and tires. They are the best in Lake County. I recommend them to all car owners.

The guys got me in without an appointment on a busy Saturday morning to mount and balance my new tires! Great work and quick turn around! Dropped my truck of for a few hours and that was it.
