I went to this location yesterday after buying stuff online that was sized so weird, I was going to try and return it to the store but was told I had to send it back via mail… I still wanted to go check out the store to see if they had the right sizing and I was assisted by Lisa who was so empathetic to my situation and kind, she and her manna Tiffany went above and beyond to help me make my new purchase and even honored my “cash” that I lost during returning my products 10/10 recommend!

Old Navy at points East shopping center in mentor is the best place to buy jeans! Got a nice pair of boot cut jeans for 40% off at $28. Fitting rooms available and open and not crowded! Highly recommend!

Sizable Old Navy with a good selection of merchandise to peruse. The store is well organized which makes it easy to find what you are looking for. Even the clearance section is properly organized by size! I also have to give kudos to the staff who are super friendly and always ready to help. Makes shopping here a lot easier than most stores.

I really like Old Navy now that they have expanded their size offerings. I'm usually a smaller size on top so I like that I can get a top in one size and match it up with pants in another.

Great Customer service!! I am paralyzed using a power wheelchair. I drop a piece of my stuff on the floor, Cashier quickly came around the counter and picked up for me! She was very kind.

Clean store , can almost always find reasonable quality, comfortable and trendy clothing for men, women, girls and boys that I am looking for. Great service although the checkout can get super busy.
