Traveling from Columbus to east side of Cleveland for Memorial Day weekend. Picked up a screw in our tire and was extremely fortunate to find NTB Tire in Mentor. Staff was fabulous, friendly and very professional. Got our car in immediately and was repaired in no time. I highly recommend their location and services. This is truly 5 Star service.

Joe took great care of us today. Joe was able to locate our paperwork and look into all of our needs. Joe even made suggestions on repairs to take a look at. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and straight to the point with love.

Ended up with a screw in my tire and it went flat. Filled it up with enough air to make it to NTB right before they closed. Jim, Drew and Johnny were all incredibly kind and accommodating especially since it was so close to closing time. They got my spare tire put on and made sure a new tire would be ready to go the next day! Couldn’t thank them enough for their kindness and professionalism!!

Took my van to get have it checked out before my son takes it for a few days to NTB/Mavis store in Mentor, Ohio. The staff was friendly, courteous, and informative. They did not find anything wrong with the vehicle. Adjusted tire pressure and topped off the wiper fluid at no cost. I am a regular customer at this store and would recommend this store for your auto repair needs.

National Tire and Battery in Willoughby Ohio did a great job at installing our tires and alignment of a 2022 Odyssey. I would definitely go to them for all of your tire issues. A few moth back I took my truck to the dealership for a routine oil change. They said I need an alignment and it would cost $199.00. I called around and NTB was much cheaper. I brought my truck in, they ran the alignment on their equipment and there was nothing wrong with the alignment. The cost was next to nothing for then to check it for me. Today I brought my truck back in for an oil change, they got me in with no appointment, and they were fast and efficient. I have found my new car care shop for my car needs.

Great work! On the way from Ohio to North Carolina we picked up a sheet metal screw in the tire. We looked up NTB because they are the best tire store for travelers. Being from North Carolina, the highest compliment you can get is, they're a bunch of good ol' boys!

I always come here for my tire needs, very fast service and efficient service with everything. Just recently fixed my tire in under 30 minutes so I able to make to work on time. Highly recommend!

I've been going to NTB for many years for service on my 2013 Jeep. Much more convenient and far better pricing than using the original Dealer. NTB is local for me and quick to get to. Making an appointment is easy and their service is quick and reliable ! I've been using them now for many years for oil changes, tires, rotations, etc. - and my Jeep with 145,000 miles is still running like a top! Thanks much to the NTB Team ! ! !

The NTB on Mentor Avenue is great I bought all of my car tires from them, always impeccable service whenever. if I have tire issues they got me right in on time and fast service The Manager Jim will always look out for you i highly recommend them

I had a flat this morning. I got tired from here about a year ago. Had my tire fix in about an hour. No appointment. It was a breathe of fresh air after a crappy day.

Jim & NTB did a great job with my CR-V! We called Friday about getting new tires put on my car and by Saturday afternoon we were done and out the door - even with having to order the specific tires we wanted. I've used this NTB location many times in the past with this car and my old car and will continue to come back! Would highly recommend!

Had to get one of my tires replaced, they pretty much had me in and out in no time. Also very friendly staff, I definitely recommend this place!

Bought my tires at Firestone , called them to fix a nail in my tire, was told they'd have a service tech there till 5pm so I called them when I left work at 4pm and was told they had nobody to fix my tire. Called NTB and they got me in right away.

Took it in for an rear wheel alignment. Turns out the car doesn't have any way to adjust the rear. They did fill up tires, which turns out was the actual issue I was having, due to the run flat and low profile tire, I didn't know it was so low. They didn't charge me for anything. I would highly recommend this store!

My son suggested I go to NTB in mentor. He has used them several times and told me that they were honest, friendly, and reasonable. So I rolled in, explained my issue; they got me in right away. Found out my car issue wasn't as serious as i thought!!! They did not try to charge me for something I didn't need. I spent a week trying to find an auto shop to check out my issue but kept coming across too many over charge reviews. Thank you NTB!! I will be returning if i have any future auto issues!!!! NTB HAS MY STAMP OF APPROVAL!!!!!!

Fantastic service! I felt that the guys at this NTB know what they are doing, took the time to come out to my car to double check what was needed, and completed the work quicker than expected. Would highly recommend this location to everyone.
