I had a great experience with Confident Car Repair. The owners were very friendly and professional. I appreciate how thorough they were with explaining cost and the breakdown of repairs that were needed. I'm looking forward to continuing to go to Confident for all of my car repair needs!

Bob and the other guys at Confident were pretty much the only mechanic I used the entire time I lived in Mentor. I just moved out of state and had a less than stellar experience while trying to get an oil change and it made me miss this place.

Bob was always pleasant and accommodating and I never felt taken advantage of or pressured to get a bunch of other unnecessary services. They always took great care of my car. You won't find a better place in town.

Fair and honest. Brought the car in due to a sensor light going on and off randomly. They checked the car completely determined that there were no issues with the car and that the sensor was probably starting to go. Said the sensor issue isn't a big deal and didn't need to be replaced immediately unless it stayed on consistently. They spend well over a couple of hours going over the car and did not charge us a penny. Will be going back there for all our automotive needs. Highly recommend.

We took both company vehicle for tires, exhaust and and the van had a new air conditioner installed. Bob explained all the work required in detail and he and the crew were professional and courteous. Their prices were better than I had been quoted elsewhere and we had our vehicle back on the road in a few days. Highly recommend !!

Just bought a used car & was told it only needed a tune-up. Unfortunately for me the engine light came on the next day. Took it to Bob at Confident & he let me know EVERYTHING wrong with it and fixed the check engine light. Not a tune-up but oil leaking into the plugs. Really honest and I believe trustworthy. I'll be taking it back to have the other problems fixed also

Best car repair in the area. Both our cars go there. Great job on brakes for a dodge challenger . And all kinds of repairs to the cooper. Honest people. And great Service. Thanks to everyone who helped with the cooper. It was a big job
