I live in Perry, New York and drove 3 1/2 hours down to Painesville, Ohio to check out a beautiful Chrysler Sebring Convertible that I saw on a few websites and ended up buying it a few days later. I was extremely happy with Lake County Auto Sales. The owners, Dennis & Tracy were very nice people to deal with. I was not pressured at all. They listened to me and heard what I had to say. I feel they went the extra mile for me. Thank you, Dennis & Tracy. My kids and I love the car!

They sold me a great vehicle with a very minor issue. When I called to get a estimate on cost to fix it I was very pleasantly surprised. The owner said bring the car down I'll give you a ride home and get the car fixed for you. More amazingly when I got the call the car was done I was notified it would be no cost to me. This is the second purchase we have made here. Also the second time I have given an excellent rating for price customer service and personality. This couple is wonderful. I reccomend them to all my friends.

Always have quality, dependable vehicles when we need one. Helpful with great financing too. 3rd vehicle just purchased this week. We have known this family for 40 years.

This was a great buying experience,
I got a fair trade in for my old truck and a good price on a 2016 truck with a warranty. They replaced one of the tires which was a little worn before i bought the truck, They came in on they're only day off sunday to get this deal done when it was convenient for me. I have nothing but good things to say about this dealer. If you are looking for a used car,Skip the dealer add on nonsense fees and just buy a car here cheaper with less overhead and be done with it.

Good selection, great prices. No pressure sales people. A truly fair and honest dealer of pre owned cars. I have bought here in the past and will buy here again. If you are tired of big franchise dealers and their games, go to this place. The difference is amazing. Strongly recommend.
