JOANN Fabric and Crafts

This holiday I was in search of Tree Toppers, I went EVERYWHERE!!! And couldn't find.
I went to JoAnn's and there was a lovely lady (I think her name was Sharon) This sweet helpful lady went over& beyond!!! She showed me how and what to use and buy to make a beautiful ribbon and tree topper. I love the store!
It was not packed and all the ladies were so helpful.
I tried to tip the sweet lady that helped us but she wouldn't take anything!
I'm giving this recommendation if you're in need of crafts and are unaware,DIY
( like I was!) This Is the place to go!!!

The beginner sewing class was FUN & informative. The instructor was patient, thorough & answered all your questions. She was very knowledgeable & Great all around. I would recommend the class if you have never taken a sewing class.
**update** the store made a few changes to their layout. I felt like the cardstock section was shortened. The store employees remain very helpful & nice!

Great deals/coupons in store and through the app! Such cool inventory and so much more than a sewing store! Awesome seasonal decorations and home design (picture frames, knick knacks, and more). Very helpful staff patient with asking them questions about your project ideas.

Drove all around town looking for cardboard numbers and found number 8 at one store and number 3 at another store! A team member was even nice enough to hold the 3 for me!

Staff always helpful and friendly even when they are short staffed and very busy. Best to go early morning or evening if you have a lot of fabric to be cut.

Always clean, always well stocked, with super helpful employees. I have one small thing, (but I still think the store is amazing) but I had trouble finding price tags, I think that might be me being blind, but I had a hard time finding the tags on the shelves. Anywhoo, I love the store!!

Love all the fabric selections! The store I went to the isles are a little narrow if pushing a cart but overall love the store.

FANTASTIC staff members, answered questions about materials I might need or want to use for my projects & knowledgeable about locations of where to find things in the store. One even walked me to exactly where I could locate what I needed. It was a great experience, when I might have otherwise been quite delayed looking for some items ! This location is amazing!!! This location is so helpful and knowledgeable about their products. They also helped my family save money when checking out!! We got everything we needed!! I love this location!!! Most definitely will be back and use this location on the regular.

Not usually my type of store, but I really enjoyed it! Even found an item I'd been searching for for 3 years!! The staff were incredibly friendly! Will definitely find a way to wander in again soon!!

It's one of my favorite places to shop, especially around Halloween. Always great selections and extremely helpful/ friendly staff!

The people who work here are fabulous. It was my first time buying from there and they were so unbelievably kind and helpful. I was buying fabric to make blankets for my roommates. Great experience. I recommend them the highest it could go. Thanks again guys.

The clerks are super nice! I went in with my finished quilt top, not knowing the measurements for it, and even though they were busy at the cutting counter the associate was so kind to measure it for me and do the calculations to get me the right amount of bottom fabric. And she even told me what size batting to get (I'm not good with numbers). And I got compliments on my quilt top! I love going here!

The workers here are so smart, and helpful! They are quick on their feet, keep the story running efficiently, and the lines here rarely build up long and always clear fast. One of my favorite Joanns to shop at.

Clean and well setup for the avid sewer or crafter. Employees were very helpful and knowledgeable. My visit was very oroductive.
