Very happy to share my experience. After calling a couple other offices and not getting any help whatsoever. I called Vitreo and had the pleasure of speaking with Jessica. She’s an absolute doll. Very friendly! Type of person that makes you smile just by talking to her. She answered all my questions and was able to get me scheduled quickly. The staff at the office was friendly and professional. My Dr was very thorough and made sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. Top shelf experience!

All of the doctors and staff at this location were very helpful to my family member when I brought her to her appointment. I appreciate the kindness and wonderful care that she received. Thank you!

Excellent care. I see VR Consultants through VA care in the community. This professional staff provides BETTER exam, treatment & care in less than half the time spent at Cleveland VA Opthamology. Caring staff who do not treat you like a paycheck on an assembly line.

I had a followup appointment with Dr. Robert E. Wenz. The condition of my right eye had changed.
He took the time to pull up images of my eye to explain how it had changed as well as an image of my left eye to show the difference between the two.
Because my vision was good ~we are going to wait four-months to return for another exam.
Dr Wenz was thorough as well as patient as he shared his findings. He also reiterated if there are any changes whatsoever to call and he would see me right away.
I would highly recommend Dr. Wenz and Vitreo-Retinal Consultants!

Entire staff worked well with my wife all three times we have been there. They were quick to recognize that she was having difficulties walking to the exam room. There were four people there immediately to help up us. Dr Wenz- is great!

Everyone was so friendly, and I did not have to wait long at all. This group is great, I am glad they are my specialists!!! Dr. Wentz did all my surgeries, and I would not want anyone else, he has helped me out so much!!!

I like the way Dr Wenz prepares you eyes before your injection and checks your eye pressure after the injection.

Dr. Wenz is very thorough and very easy to communicate with. He shows concern. When he told me I had wet macular degeneration, and had to receive injections he explained everything putting my mind at ease.

Dr. Wentz is fantastic as is his staff. Never have to wait. And very professional. I won't say I jump for joy when I have to see him! Lol!! But they do go to extra measures to make sure I feel as little pain as possible. And it works most of the time. Love the numbing drops and gel!! Thank you!!

Dr. Wenz performed a vitrectomy with laser treatment on my left eye on Monday 7/31. I was made very comfortable and did not feel a thing. My eye is healing nicely and I'm very grateful that Dr. Wenz could do this procedure to help my eyesight.

Really happy seeing Dr Bair. He was attentive, empathetic, and thorough.

Everything went as expected and have much confidence in everone who works there.

My husband is being treated for diabetic retinopathy. Dr.Pachydaki has been so good to us!She waived the cost for our first visit because our insurance company wasn't cooperating!We are so thankful for her!! The staff are so great answering all of our questions, also!!We highly recommend them!

I called on a Tuesday am, Gabrielle was so professional and great customer service on the phone. Scheduled an appointment the next morning. I was initially greeted by Brooke who was the kindness and energetic young professional I have experienced and was just fun to be around. Dr Pachydaki’s very thoughtful and thorough explanation was extremely comforting. Although the procedure was very simple, it was a little unnerving but the staff kept me very comfortable. You should all be very proud of the office you work in. Highly recommended!!
