Red Robin Gourmet Burgers and Brews

Veggie burger (not the impossible) with a lettuce bun. Very good!! I skip the bun because it's about 300 calories and it makes you feel super full. I'd rather use that space for french fries. 🤣 To be honest I don't miss the bun.

I got my usual. Simple burger wedged and since I'm recent Celiac I substituted with a side salad. They have great info online and on the screen at your table for allergy alerts. I wish more restaurants supplied this!

Things have changed since my original Five star review. Now I'm less impressed. The last server we had was fantastic, no issue there. Sadly the food was an issue. My burger was ordered no pink. It arrived only browned on the outside, red inside. The sweet server apologized and had a new sandwich made. Sadly, it was very pink inside. By now my husband was nearly done eating and I was quite hungry, so I just ate it. Please watch your Burger's doneness.

We recently held an Army ceremony and last minute, the catering plans had fell through. We contacted many local restaurants and many could not do it with short notice or were out of our budget. We had a friend who recommended and got in contact with Red Robin. They were able to do it with little notice and they did it as an act of community service which really helped our family with the upcoming holidays and a military move coming up. We cannot express our gratitude enough! The soldiers raved about the meal provided and we highly recommend using them for your events! Thank you!

Great lunch, great food, and great service. Great place to grab a bite with my 8 year old daughter. Following up to this the onion rings were a little bit overcooked but the burger was phenomenal! Fast forward to September 2022 still great.

My best friend and I was there tonight for dinner. Our 30-40 minute wait was like 20-25 minutes and Jordan was our server, he told us he was there since 9:30am and was there till 11:00pm when the restaurant closed, and he was the kindest person even though it was busy. He deserves something for his hardwork!

I have been to this Red Robin aboutt 5 or 6 times and it’s always a good experience. Today though stood out. There was something about our server Shannon that was so nice! She was so polite and helpful. She gladly told us how to work our rewards because we had just signed up. She was on top of everything and made sure I had a refill as soon as I finished my drink. She was just so nice! The food was good as usual. It was my boyfriend first time and he was happy with the food and to find out that I wasn’t hyping it up for no reason lol. Idk how but I just found out that there are tons of bottomless sides! It’s such a good price and the food is good. Definitely recommend!

Always a great experience here. Love the food and the service, it's a little loud for me. Hard to hear your conversation if your having one. Bathrooms are clean and I like how management comes by to see how your visit was. Overall, great meal for a decent price.

Our server, Dennis, was wonderful! I forgot to order the gluten-free bun and he went and got it for me right away. After we ate my son wanted another kids meal and he had no problem getting that for us. I also was having difficulties checking out with my birthday reward. The app kept wanting to apply a $10 off reward. But he got it all fixed up for us quickly. Dennis is a great server and made our experience wonderful! Thank you!

Went here last night for the first time in years! Hands down it was amazing! The restaurant was slammed and our server still managed to give us amazing service. Our food was great, everything was great. Will definitely be going back.

Friendly and attentive service. Menu was pricey but worth it for what you get on the plate. Husband had a turkey burger and it was spicy but amazing. I had bacon cheeseburger and a salad. Salsa Ranch dressing on a perfectly made salad! My only complaint is: Restrooms needed some cleaning, but had both soap and toilet paper.

My salad was very good and we all enjoyed our dinner. We celebrated a friend's graduation and had a nice time. The service was great and the restaurant was clean and great.

The food here was AMAZING. This was my first time at a Red Robin and I absolutely will be returning. I had a burger with avocado on it along with a vanilla shake. The size of the milkshake is awesome, and so are the endless fries. The sauce they serve with the fries is phenomenal! The only thing I’d change was the waitress; she was nice enough but failed to refill fry baskets or drinks even with the location not being very busy.

Food was great. Service was perfect. Our waiter was on top of it. We have a party of nine and did but go wanting. Bottomless fries all around! He was witty and attentive. The food was delicious. I had the scorcher burger and it did not disappoint!

I was not impressed with the outdoor cleanliness and look if the restaurant. Weeds four feet tall do not look good even in a washed out mulch bed. Subs simple steps outside would greatly improved the looks.

Overall it was a positive experience. Will definitely be back!

I am not vegetarian, but the Veggie Burger (not to be confused with the Impossible Burger) is so delicious that I order it every time.

I saw that fries come with every burger. I ordered sweet potato fries and didn't realize they would be $4 extra. That was a bummer. I would not have done that if I had known.

Other than that, I loved my visit. My waiter was fantastic. I can't remember his name, but if I find my receipt, I'll edit this to give him kudos.

Amazing food, very kind server.
Loved the bottomless root beer float, my waiter refilled it multiple times without even asking. Also got the fish and garlic fries both were perfectly cooked and tasted AMAZING! Also loved the theming inside and there was no wait to be seated and also got my food decently fast. Would definitely Recommend.

Our service definitely made this a 5+ star review. Timothy was excellent in making sure we were taken care of. One thing came out wrong from the kitchen and he was on it. Our food was great. The Southern Charm Burger is my go-to and it did not disappoint. They no longer have the fried Jalapeno Coins on the menu, but he arranged for those to be made for us, because they are A-M-A-Z-I-N-G!! Keep rocking the customer service aspect Timothy and keep up the great food Red Robin. We appreciate and support you!

My experience at the Canton restaurant was Great, Our Waitress Reagan was very friendly and Courteous. I believe that she is a great representative for Red Robin.

Wow! Cudos to Red Robin! We had a party of 11 with 5 of them under age 6. Very accommodating to families.....high chairs at the table, crayons & coloring placemats to keep the kids busy, nice kids meals. Service & food was excellent! Very family friendly!
